Еколого-економічний складник поняття «сталий розвиток»

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено проблематику вживання та тлумачення лексичних одиниць понятійної конструкції «сталий розвиток» та проаналізовано їх семантичну сполучуваність за контекстом змістовної пов’язаності й логічної послідовності. Систематизовано погляди сучасних вітчизняних та закордонних авторів щодо напрямів уживання поняття «сталий розвиток», а також зосереджено увагу на аспекті його застосування у сфері сільськогосподарського землекористування. Представлено обґрунтовані висновки щодо уточнення дефініції «сталий розвиток» в аспекті аргументованої доцільності її застосування у специфічних сферах наукових знань. Такий підхід сприятиме не тільки більш глибокому розумінню досліджуваної проблеми, а й надасть використовуваному в текстовому матеріалі поняттю більшої точності та об’єктивності.

RU: В статье исследована проблематика применения и толкования лексических единиц понятийной конструкции «устойчивое развитие» и проанализирована их семантическая сочетаемость в контексте содержательной связанности и логической последовательности. Систематизированы взгляды современных отечественных и зарубежных авторов в направлении употребления понятия «устойчивое развитие», а также сосредоточено внимание на аспекте его применения в сфере сельскохозяйственного землепользования. Представлены обоснованные выводы относительно уточнения дефиниции «устойчивое развитие» в аспекте аргументированной целесообразности ее применения в специфических областях научных знаний. Такой подход будет способствовать не только более глубокому пониманию исследуемой проблемы, но и придаст используемому в текстовом материале понятию большую точность и объективность.

EN: The sustainable use of land involves the formation of a system of relations of social development, in which provide the optimal balance between economic growth, normalization of the quality state of land resources, satisfaction of the material and spiritual needs of present and future generations. The issue of sustainable development have to reflect in regional and local policies. In agriculture and on rural areas, measures to overcome this problem should be pursued in the areas of conservation of natural resources, in particular land, in the proper state, effective transformation and use of resources and means, and equal access to them. The problem of sustainable development has a planetary scale and focuses not only on the use of natural resources, but also on the stability of the world ecosystem. The study of various aspects of sustainable development considered, based on the understanding of the concept of “sustainable development”. The article is devoted to the study of the essence of the definition of sustainable development. Namely, the ecological and economic significance of this concept. The subject of this study is because the term sustainable development used not only in the context of nature management and environmental protection, but also practically in all spheres of human activity. This definition is not Ukrainian, but borrowed from English. When translating, there are some difficulties with its use. Certain circles of scientists limit this concept to the level of the enterprise or a certain territory. Other scientists consider sustainable development, including environmental safety. Therefore, this study aims to generalize all existing approaches to the definition of the concept of sustainable development and to justify the definition of sustainable development in the context of agricultural land use. Formation of a new philosophy and methodology of sustainable land use opens the possibility of using its results not only for the effective regulation of land relations, but also the organization of protection and rational use of land, the definition and justification of the system of economic and organizational and economic measures to restore their productivity.
