Комплексна оцінка інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення підприємств мережевих структур: безпекознавчі контексти

Abstract

UK: У статті проаналізовано сутнісну характеристику управління підприємствами мережевих структур, що узгоджує реалізацію функцій планування та регулювання взаємостосунків як учасників мережі, так і потенційних споживачів. Виділено основні завдання інформаційно-аналітичної системи підприємств мережевих структур в сучасних умовах, інтерпретовано змістовно-типологічні концепції. На основі проведених досліджень здійснено комплексне оцінювання інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення індикаторів фінансової безпеки підприємств. На основі цього сформовано модель економічної ефективності впровадження системи інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємств мережевих структур.

RU: В статье проанализирована сущностную характеристика управления предприятиями сетевых структур, что согласовывает реализацию функций планирования и регулирования взаимоотношений как участников сети, так и потенциальных потребителей. Выделены основные задания информационно-аналитической системы предприятий сетевых структур в современных условиях, интерпретированы содержательно-типологические концепции. На основе проведенных исследований осуществлено комплексное оценивание информационно-аналитического обеспечения индикаторов финансовой безопасности предприятий. На основе этого сформирована модель экономической эффективности внедрения системы информационно-аналитического обеспечения финансовой безопасности предприятий сетевых структур.

EN: The analysis of essential characteristic the management at enterprises of network structures, which coordinates the implementation of the functions at planning and regulation of interactions both network participants and potential customers. It is proved that one of directions the functioning at information-analytical systems of business structures is the use of innovative solutions the information and communication component, aimed at ensuring the balance at interests of network participants and ensuring financial security among them. The main tasks of the informational and analytical system at enterprises of network structures are allocated, in particular: support for customer orientation, deployment of a distributed network organization, achievement of competitive advantage, control over a part of the market segment, ensuring business stability, etc. in modern conditions. It is substantiated that the information and analytical system of the enterprises at network structures allows carrying out complex automation the activity of data at entrepreneurial structures, which have a number of essential features, caused by the basic concepts of their construction. On the basis of conducted research, a comprehensive assessment of the information and analytical support of financial security indicators at enterprises was conducted. On the basis of which a model of economic efficiency from the introduction of a system informational and analytical provision of financial security the enterprises at network structures has been formed, and it is proposed to consider as a complex of interconnected mechanisms and methods of organization at separate elements of structural and logical aspects of information and analytical support in the context of strengthening the security science component.
