Управління інформаційним забезпеченням системи економічної безпеки підприємства

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено основні підходи до управління інформацією в системі економічної безпеки підприємства. Запропоновано використовувати модель управління інформацією в СЕБП, в якій на основі інформаційних потоків формуються цілі підприємства, вибирається альтернативна стратегія його діяльності, визначаються основні напрями використання інформації, розробляється відповідна програма забезпечення ЕБП, корегуються та уточняються заходи ЕБП, здійснюється реалізація програми, а також контроль за нею. Автори зазначають, що для визначення напрямів використання інформації перш за все потрібно виокремити важливу інформацію для прийняття управлінських рішень; дослідити чинники зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, які впливають на вибір заходів забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства; вибрати альтернативну стратегію діяльності підприємства, лише після чого можна окреслити напрями використання інформації.

RU: В статье исследованы основные подходы к управлению информацией в системе экономической безопасности предприятия. Предложено использовать модель управления информацией в СЭБП, в которой на основе информационных потоков формируются цели предприятия, выбирается альтернативная стратегия его деятельности, определяются основные направления использования информации, разрабатывается соответствующая программа обеспечения ЭБП, корректируются и уточняются меры ЭБП, осуществляется реализация программы, а также контроль над ней. Авторы отмечают, что для определения направлений использования информации прежде всего нужно выделить важную информацию для принятия управленческих решений; исследовать факторы внешней и внутренней среды, которые влияют на выбор мер обеспечения экономической безопасности предприятия; выбрать альтернативную стратегию деятельности предприятия, только после чего можно определить направления использования информации.

EN: The article investigates the main approaches to information the management in system of economic security of the enterprise (SESE). It is suggested to use a model of information management in the ESE, in which on the basis of information flows, the enterprise’s goals are formed, an alternative strategy of its activity is selected, the main directions of information usage are determined, an appropriate program of the maintenance of the ESE is developed, the ESE is adjusted and adjusted for compliance, the implementation of the program and control over by ESE. The main stages of information management in the system of economic security of the enterprise are defined as: Definition of goals, which includes planning (development of alternative plans of the enterprise, verification and approval of plans of structural units, providing information for drafting plans, developing alternative methods of ensuring economic security); Collection and processing of accounting and economic information for making decisions on the planning of economic security of the enterprise (ESE); Conduct a control function, which includes setting the permissible limits of deviations from the plan and comparing planned and actual indicators; The use of analytical function, which includes the formation of the main controlled indicators, the determination of the degree of influence of deviations on the magnitude of the final result and the development of tools for planning, control and adoption of alternative management decisions; Preparation of recommendations and elaboration of alternatives in decision-making in the formation of economic security of the enterprise. The scheme of information management in the system of ensuring economic security of the enterprise is proposed and the main stages of information management are outlined in the SESE. The authors note that first of all for determining the directions of using information required: to separate important information for making managerial decisions; to investigate the factors of the external and internal environment, which affect the choice of measures to ensure the economic security of the enterprise; to choose an alternative strategy of the enterprise activity and only then to choose directions of the use of the information. The article describes the sequence of stages of information flow in management and the creation of an effective mechanism for ensuring the economic security at the enterprise.
