Теоретико-методичні основи системи бережливого виробництва на підприємстві

Abstract

UK: У статті розкрито сутність та значення концепції бережливого виробництва, визначено її основні положення. З урахуванням вивченого досвіду та власного бачення сформульовано основні цілі та принципи впровадження системи бережливого виробництва, узагальнено інформацію щодо основних видів втрат на підприємстві, рекомендовано способи їх усунення. Для досягнення цілей впровадження бережливого виробництва з додержанням основних принципів підприємство має застосовувати специфічні методи та інструменти. Систематизовано інструментарій методології бережливого виробництва з виділенням переваг, проблем та обмежень застосування основних методів. На основі виконаного аналізу переваг у застосуванні інструментів та їх можливих недоліків, ризиків, обмежень можна вибрати той, який доцільно використовувати як елемент системи бережливого виробництва в умовах конкретного підприємства.

RU: В статье раскрыты сущность и значение концепции бережливого производства, определены ее основные положения. С учетом изученного опыта и собственного видения сформулированы основные цели и принципы внедрения системы бережливого производства, обобщена информация по основным видам потерь на предприятии, рекомендованы способы их устранения. Для достижения целей внедрения бережливого производства с соблюдением основных принципов предприятие должно применять специфи ческие методы и инструменты. Систематизирован инструментарий методологии бережливого производства с выделением преимуществ, проблем и ограничений применения основных методов. На основе выполненного анализа преимуществ в применении инструментов и их возможных недостатков, рисков, ограничений можно выбрать тот, который целесообразно использовать как элемент системы бережливого производства в условиях конкретного предприятия.

EN: In modern conditions of global competition, the strategic goal of increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises can be solved by introducing modern management technologies. One of the effective methods of the enterprise to get out of crisis and increase the efficiency of the production process is the concept of “lean production” which has a number of significant advantages in comparison with other management methods. The main goal of the concept of lean production is to eliminate all types of losses and to effectively use the material, financial, labour, and other resources through the continuous improvement of all business processes of the enterprise, aimed at satisfying the needs of consumers. A system of lean production, like any system, consists of interconnected elements form- ing a single whole. The elements of the system of lean production should include the purpose, target benchmarks, principles, tools, conditions of implementation, etc. Taking into account the learned experience and own vision, the main goals and principles of the implementation of the system of lean production are formulated, information on main types of losses at the enterprise is summarized, and the ways of their elimination are recommended. In order to achieve the goals of implementing lean production, adhering to the basic principles, the enterprise should apply specific methods and tools. The tools of the methodology of lean production are systematized with the allocation of advantages, problems, and restrictions of application of basic methods. Based on the analysis of advantages of using tools and their possible disadvantages, risks, limitations, it is possible to select the one that is expedient to use as an element of the system of lean production in the conditions of a particular enterprise. The need to develop and implement projects in the field of “lean production” is connected with the need to ensure the high competitiveness of modern enterprise, increase global competition in traditional markets. Over the unstable level of the Ukrainian economy, the use of the concept of lean production in the activities of domestic industrial enterprises can significantly improve their financial situation, assist in solving the problem of low profitability of production, reduce the amount of unreasonable and inefficient expenditures, improve the quality of production, increase labour productivity and employee engagement, establish relations with suppliers and buyers.
