Роль інвестиційного попиту в забезпеченні сталого економічного зростання

Abstract

UK: Проблеми інвестиційного попиту та його вплив на економічне зростання завжди перебувають у центрі уваги економічної науки. Це зумовлене тим, що інвестиційний попит є найважливішим засобом структурних зрушень у національній економіці, забезпечення інноваційної моделі розвитку, підвищення якісних показників господарської діяльності на мікро-і макрорівнях. У статті подано теоретичний аналіз взаємозв’язку інвестиційного попиту та економічного зростання, який підтверджується наведеними статистичними даними. Здійснено аналіз галузевої структури інвестицій, аргументовано, що накопичене національне багатство консервує традиційні способи виробництва і напрямки нагромадження капіталу. Зазначено необхідність зміни структури нагромадження національного багатства, напрямку інвестицій в нове русло та створення інвестиційного попиту інноваційного типу.

RU: Проблемы инвестиционного спроса и его влияние на экономический рост всегда находятся в центре внимания экономической науки. Это обусловлено тем, что инвестиционный спрос является важнейшим фактором структурных сдвигов в национальной экономике, обеспечения инновационной модели развития, повышения качественных показателей хозяйственной деятельности на микро- и макроуровне. В статье представлен теоретический анализ взаимосвязи инвестиционного спроса и экономического роста, который подтверждается приведенными статистическими данными. Осуществлен анализ отраслевой структуры инвестиций, аргументировано, что накопленное национальное богатство консервирует традиционные способы производства и направления накопления капитала. Указана необходимость изменения структуры накопления национального богатства, направления инвестиций в новое русло и создание инвестиционного спроса инновационного типа.

EN: The problem of investment demand and its impact on economic growth are always the center of attention of economic science. Investment demand is an important means of structural shifts in the national economy, support of innovation development model, improve quality indicators of economic activity at the micro and macro levels. Increased investment demand is an effective mechanism of socio-economic transformation. The effectiveness of investment demand today depends on the state of production, technological level of fixed capital of national economy, possibilities of its restructuring, addressing social and environmental issues. The paper presents a theoretical analysis of the relationship between investment demand and economic growth. It is shown that investment demand is the basis for the development of enterprises, individual sectors and the national economy as a whole. Investment is an economic process whose results are not immediate, so the efficiency of investments is manifested through a significant period of time. That is why economists representing different schools and economic theories trying to find an effective mechanism for the equilibrium between savings and investment. So as economic growth, investment is also inherent in inertial motion. The article presents the analysis of the dynamics of GDP and capital investment. The analysis of the sectoral structure of investment. Нistorically the structure and quality of the national wealth come into conflict with the requirements of socio-economic development at the present time. The accumulated national wealth preserves the traditional methods of production and direction of capital accumulation. In this regard, there is need to change the structure of accumulation of wealth, the direction of investments in a new channel. It is shown that there is a need to provide a clear and correct economic policy, which will focus on the most active stimulation of investment demand of innovative type. This process should be characterized by coordination between the state and business in implementation of the goals, with clear mutual obligations and results, which in turn needs to be made as a result of joint action.
