Фінансово-економічні аспекти функціонування туристичної галузі

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто сутність та значення туристичної сфери та діяльності туристичних підприємств в економіці. Визначено, що туристичний бізнес може бути представлений різними формами. З’ясовано фінансово-економічні проблеми розвитку туристичної галузі, які розглянуто в роботах науковців. Проаналізовано важливість фінансового забезпечення розвитку туризму. Запропоновано основні напрями покращення фінансового забезпечення функціонування туристичної галузі. Проведено аналіз поняття «дохід» туристичного підприємства. Методологія базується на системі методів і підходів, які забезпечують концептуальну єдність дослідження. Розкрито теоретичні засади й особливості формування та класифікації доходів туристичного підприємства. Визначено джерела формування доходу туристичного оператора, що включають певні елементи в системі утворення доходу.

RU: В статье рассмотрены сущность и значение туристической сферы и деятельности туристических предприятий в экономике. Определенно, что туристический бизнес может быть представлен разными формами. Выяснены финансово-экономические проблемы развития туристической отрасли, которые рассмотрены в работах ученых. Проанализирована важность финансового обеспечения развития туризма. Предложены основные направления улучшения финансового обеспечения функционирования туристической отрасли. Проведен анализ понятия «доход» туристического предприятия. Методология базируется на системе методов, которые обеспечивают единство исследования. Раскрыты теоретические принципы и особенности формирования и классификации доходов туристического предприятия. Определены источники формирования дохода туристического оператора, которые включают определенные элементы в системе образования дохода.

EN: In the article activity of tourist enterprises is considered in the modern economic terms of menage that is characterized certain features, namely: by instability of functioning, unregulated and controlled not enough use of tourist resources, low level of the real solvent demand of population, imperfection and periodic restructuring of organizational structures of management of menage subjects in tourism. The question of functioning of tourist enterprises is considered in relation to providing of effective management the volumes of activity, financially-investment their providing, quality management and concordance of these parameters with price descriptions of tourist product, forming of effective motivational mechanisms of accumulation of profitable part of enterprises, realization of corresponding strategies in financial activity and others like that. Thus, taking into account high dynamic and level of vagueness of environment of tourist market, increase of efficiency of functioning of tourist enterprises in modern economic terms needs the proper management financial changes tourism, that it is possible to realize by means of forming of corresponding financial strategies. In particular in the article essence and value of tourist sphere and activity of tourist enterprises are considered in an economy.
