Міжнародний досвід фінансування інвестиційних проектів підприємств

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено міжнародний досвід фінансування інвестиційних проектів в провідних країнах світу. Обґрунтовано теоретико-прикладний підхід до формування системи фінансового забезпечення інноваційного розвитку економіки, визначено сутність, особливості інвестиційних проектів підприємства в країнах світу та її вплив на конкурентоспроможність економіки. Проаналізовано інноваційну політику закордоном, охарактеризовано її концепцію, стратегію та пріоритети аналізу надходжень інвестицій на українські підприємства. Досліджено проблеми фінансування інвестиційних проектів в Україні та узагальнено необхідність залучення зарубіжного досвіду в побудові ефективної діяльності фінансування проектів, а також застосовування додаткових інструментів стимулювання та впровадження інноваційних розробок.

RU: В статье исследованы международный опыт финансирования инвестиционных проектов в ведущих странах мира. Обоснованы теоретико – прикладной подход к формированию системы финансового обеспечения инновационного развития экономики, определена сущность, особенности инвестиционных проектов предприятия в странах мира и ее влияние на конкурентоспособность экономики. Проанализированы инновационную политику за рубежом, охарактеризованы ее концепцию, стратегию и приоритеты анализа поступлений инвестиций на украинские предприятия. Исследованы проблемы финансирования инвестиционных проектов в Украине и обобщены необходимость привлечения зарубежного опыта в построении эффективной деятельности финансирования проектов, а также применения дополнительных инструментов стимулирования и внедрения инновационных разработок.

EN: The article investigates the international experience of financing investment projects in the leading countries of the world. The theoretical and applied approach to the formation of a financial support system for innovation development of the economy is substantiated, essence, features of investment projects of the enterprise in the countries of the world and its influence on the competitiveness of the economy are determined. The author analyzes the innovation policy abroad, describes its concept, strategy and priorities for analyzing the inflow of investments to Ukrainian enterprises. The problems of financing of investment projects in Ukraine are explored and the necessity of attracting foreign experience in building efficient project financing activities and application of additional tools of stimulation and implementation of innovations are summarized. An increase in domestic investment is ensured by the growth of the gross domestic product, including that part used for gross accumulation of fixed and working capital. And the provision of financial and investment potential of enterprises is one of the most important economic problems in the present. An important and effective source of invested funds may be the funds of foreign investors, who are currently looking for and interested in investing their funds in economies of other countries. Their main condition is investment attractiveness, favorable investment climate and stable legislation. Therefore, the improvement of regulatory mechanisms, especially of state regulation, and the intensification of investment processes, is relevant and important. An important task of providing financial and investment potential is the optimization of financial and investment resources of the enterprise by determining their synergistic capacity and compliance with the strategies of operation and development of the enterprise. To a large extent, this is due to the transformational processes in Ukraine aimed at achieving international standards in economic activity, therefore, there is a need to develop a unified methodology for analyzing the provision of financial and investment potential in order to adapt to modern conditions of economic activity.
