Оптимізація запасів підприємства за допомогою статистичного методу

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто застосування статистичного методу оптимізації запасів для визначення оптимальної кількості товарних запасів підприємства у кількісному та грошовому вираженні. Об’єктом дослідження є приватне підприємство « Агростандарт». Описано фінансову діяльність підприємства, його переваги та недоліки, проведений фінансовий аналіз. Визначено найбільш вузьке місце фірми. На основі вихідних даних про попит на продукцію підприємства проведено кластерний аналіз і розбито групи товарів на споріднені за рівнем попиту і доходами кластеру. Було використано статистичний метод дослідження для оптимізації запасів запасних частин на складах фірми. Побудовано кумуляти і рівняння функції для кожного кластера. Розраховано оптимальний запас товарів на фірмі і отриманий економічний ефект від впровадження.

RU: В статье рассмотрено использование статистического метода оптимизации запасов для определения оптимального количества товарных запасов предприятия в количественном и денежном выражении. Объектом исследования является частное предприятие «Агростандарт». Описано финансовую деятельность предприятия, его преимущества и недостатки, проведен финансовый анализ. Определено наиболее уязвимое место фирмы. На основе исходных данных о спросе на продукцию проведен кластерный анализ и разбито группы товаров на родственные по уровню дохода и спроса кластеры. Был использован статистический метод исследования для оптимизации запасов запасных частей на складах фирмы. Построены кумуляты и уравнения функции для каждого кластера. Рассчитано оптимальный запас товаров на фирме и получено экономический эффект от внедрения.

EN: The problem of stock optimization is very topical for Ukrainian enterprises, because the processes of inventory management are an important part of the enterprise management system. At present, the solution of the problems of increasing the efficiency of enterprise management is impossible without the use of modern computing methods. The introduction of mathematical models and algorithms for optimization of stocks at an enterprise allows to automate the process of obtaining the optimal solution for their storage. The article discusses the use of a statistical method for optimizing stocks to determine the optimal amount of the company's inventory in quantitative and monetary terms. The object of the research is the private enterprise “Agrostandart”. Subject of research – stock management at the company, target – analysis and optimization of stocks. It describes the financial activities of the enterprise, its advantages and disadvantages. The financial analysis was conducted on the basis of accounting data, namely, the company's balance sheet for the period 2013-2017, as well as a report on financial results. Identified the most vulnerable point of the company – the surplus of finished products in stock, which leads to increased costs for storage of goods. Based on the initial data on the demand for products in quantitative and monetary terms (namely, 13 groups of products sold by the enterprise) for the study period, a cluster analysis was conducted using the STATISTICA program. The result of the analysis was the receipt of the dendogram and the group of goods was divided into 6 related income and demand clusters. The study used a statistical method to optimize the stock of spare parts in the warehouses of the company. Cumulatives were built (graphs of the distribution of demand and income) and the function equations for each cluster, and coefficients of determination were added to show the adequacy of the models obtained. Calculated the optimal stock of goods in monetary and quantitative terms for each formed cluster in the company. The economic effect of the introduction of a statistical method of optimizing reserves in the enterprise.
