Особливості впливу людського фактору на рівень економічної безпеки підприємства

Abstract

UK: В статті висвітлено основні аспекти формування сучасного поняття «людський фактор» та проведено аналіз еволюції даного поняття. Окреслено параметри застосування терміну «людський фактор» в процесі функціонування соціально-економічних систем. Визначено основні чинники, що формують поняття «людський фактор» та проаналізовано природу їхнього впливу. Охарактеризовано особливості впливу людського фактору на рівень економічної безпеки підприємства, які витікають з людської природи, як його домінуючої складової. Запропоновано більш ширше використання терміну «людський фактор», в тому числі поза межами системи «людина – техніка – середовище». Доведено доцільність застосування поняття «людський фактор» для визначення як негативних так і позитивних результатів діяльності людини в конкретних обставинах в процесі функціонування соціально-економічної системи. Визначена потреба у нових підходах до управління кадровим потенціалом, які будуть враховувати важливість людської природи в системі формування протидії загрозам економічній безпеці підприємства.

RU: В статье освещены основные аспекты формирования современного понятия «человеческий фактор», а также проведен анализ эволюции данного понятия. Очерчены параметры применения термина «человеческий фактор» в процессе функционирования социально-экономических систем. Определенны основные формирующие составляющие понятия «человеческий фактор», а также сделан анализ природы этих составляющих. Дана характеристика особенностям влияния человеческого фактора на уровень экономической безопасности предприятия, которые вытекают из человеческой природы, как его доминирующей составляющей. Предложено более широкое применение термина «человеческий фактор», в том числе за рамками системы «человек – техника – среда». Доказана целесообразность применения понятия «человеческий фактор» для определения как вредных так и полезных результатов деятельности человека при конкретных обстоятельствах в процессе функционирования социально-экономической системы. Определена потребность в новых подходах к управлению кадровым потенциалом, которые будут учитывать важность человеческой природы в системе формирования противодействий экономической безопасности предприятия.

EN: The article highlights the main aspects of the formation of the modern concept of “human factor” and analyzes the evolution of this concept. In the process of analysis, two aspects of the concept of “human factor” are investigated, which, on the one hand, reflect the negative influence of human activity, on the other – a positive influence. In general, the parameters of the use of the term “human factor” are outlined in the process of functioning of socio-economic systems, which more closely reflect the false human actions caused by its biological nature and certain factors of the environment. It is determined that the main factors that form the human factor are human nature and circumstances that have developed at a certain time in a certain environment. Human nature is based on the needs and interests of people, which are due to its physical and psychological peculiarities and is determined by the level of moral norms and intelligence. In turn, the circumstances that are formed at each time of the employee's activity of an enterprise depend on a set of factors: the conditions of work, the state of equipment, equipment and other technical means. Characterized by the peculiarities of the influence of the human factor on the level of economic security of the enterprise, which emanate from human nature, as its dominant component. In the process of preventing and counteracting threats from the personnel of the enterprise, human nature itself is a generative source of the human factor and determines the nature of its impact on the object or process. The wider use of the term “human factor” is proposed, including outside of the system “man – technology – environment”, as it allows to take into account all factors of the influence of human activity in the enterprise and provides an integrated approach to the formation of human resources management. The expediency of the use of the concept of “human factor” for the determination of both negative and positive results of human activity in specific circumstances in the process of functioning of the socio-economic system, which in turn ensures both negative and positive impact on the level of economic security. The need for new approaches to human resource management that will take into account the domination of human nature over environmental factors and the principle of priority of human interests, along with the economic benefit of the enterprise, is a key to its stable functioning.
