Методичні підходи до забезпечення інтелектуальної і кадрової складової економічної безпеки готельно-ресторанного підприємства

Abstract

UK: Досліджено позитивні тенденції розвитку індустрії гостинності та перспективи функціонування готельно-ресторанних підприємств, а також напрями ефективного використання ними інтелектуальних та кадрових ресурсів. Висвітлюються поняття економічної безпеки готельно-ресторанних підприємств, обґрунтовується необхідність створення ефективної системи економічної безпеки готельно-ресторанних підприємств, окреслюються підходи щодо створення механізму забезпечення економічної безпеки готельно-ресторанних підприємств. Зокрема, запропоновано комплексний підхід до створення системи економічної безпеки готельно-ресторанних підприємств, окреслено основні положення концепції безпеки готельно-ресторанних підприємств, визначено зміст етапів і послідовність здійснення моніторингу стану і динаміки розвитку готельно-ресторанних підприємств.

RU: Исследовано позитивные тенденции развития индустрии гостеприимства и перспективы функционирования гостинично-ресторанных предприятий, а также направления эффективного использования ими интеллектуальных и кадровых ресурсов. Освещаются понятие экономической безопасности гостинично-ресторанных предприятий, обосновывается необходимость создания эффективной системы экономической безопасности гостинично-ресторанных предприятий, определяются подходы к созданию механизма обеспечения экономической безопасности гостинично-ресторанных предприятий. В частности, предложен комплексный подход к созданию системы экономической безопасности гостинично-ресторанных предприятий, определены основные положения концепции безопасности гостинично-ресторанных предприятий, определено содержание этапов и последовательность осуществления мониторинга состояния и динамики развития гостинично-ресторанных предприятий.

EN: Positive tendencies of hospitality industry development and prospects of functioning of hotel and restaurant enterprises, as well as directions of efficient use of their intellectual and human resources are explored. It is revealed that before the hotel and restaurant enterprises there is a problem of internal self-estimation and forecasting of their condition; taking measures of economic security, aimed at protecting the enterprise from a variety of external and internal threats that affect its potential. In this regard, the provision of an adequate level of intellectual and personnel components of the economic security of hotel and restaurant enterprises requires the creation of a specific mechanism for ensuring an adequate level of economic security of such enterprises, prevention and minimization of threats. In this context, the issue of ensuring the economic security of hotel and restaurant enterprises is important. The problem of intellectual and personnel security as an integral part of the company's economic security is insufficient and insufficient, therefore, there is a need for its further elaboration and research. The concept of intellectual and personnel security is inextricably linked with the notion of economic security. Intellectual and personnel security is one of the most important components of the economic security of hotel and restaurant enterprises. It is in this context that the intellectual and personnel security of a hotel-restaurant enterprise is considered in the article. The concept of economic security of hotel and restaurant enterprises is highlighted, the necessity of creation of an effective system of economic security of hotel and restaurant enterprises is substantiated, approaches are outlined on the creation of a mechanism for providing economic security of hotel and restaurant enterprises. In particular, the complex approach to the creation of the system of economic security of hotel and restaurant enterprises is proposed, the main provisions of the concept of the security of hotel and restaurant enterprises are outlined, the content of the stages and the sequence of monitoring of the state and dynamics of hotel and restaurant enterprises development are determined.
