Роль інтелектуальних технологічних рішень для ефективного використання ресурсів сільського господарства

Abstract

UK: У статті зазначається, що протягом останніх років в Україні розпочався новий етап розвитку сільського господарства, який характеризується збільшенням обсягів використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Міністерство аграрної політики та продовольства України прийняло законодавчі документи з інформатизації з приводу інноваційних можливостей галузі. Розвиток аграрних підприємств і підвищення конкурентоспроможності їхньої продукції залежать від обсягів та доступності до інвестиційних ресурсів, як внутрішніх так і зовнішніх. Автором наведено проблеми та перспективи розвитку ефективного використання земельних, виробничих, трудових та фінансових ресурсів сільського господарства. Встановлено, що ефективними для аграріїв є інтелектуальні платформи, які працюють у сфері big data, це такі продукти, як «БАЙЄР БІЗНЕС ПЛЮС», AGRIANALYTICA, SAATBAU PROFIT MANAGER тощо. Розглянуто особливості застосування інтелектуальних технологій в галузі рослинництва та тваринництва та їх економічні наслідки. Визначено значення аналітичних систем ІТ-технологій у подальшому розвитку сільського господарства.

RU: В статье отмечается, что в последние годы в Украине начался новый этап развития сельского хозяйства, который характеризуется увеличением объемов использования информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Министерство аграрной политики и продовольствия Украины приняло законодательные документы по информатизации по поводу инновационных возможностей отрасли. Развитие аграрных предприятий и повышение конкурентоспособности их продукции зависят от объемов и доступности инвестиционных ресурсов, как внутренних так и внешних. Автором приведены проблемы и перспективы развития эффективного использования земельных, производственных, трудовых и финансовых ресурсов сельского хозяйства. Установлено, что эффективными для аграриев являются интеллектуальные платформы, которые работают в сфере big data, это такие продукты, как «БАЙЕР БИЗНЕС ПЛЮС», AGRIANALYTICA, SAATBAU PROFIT MANAGER и т.д. Рассмотрены особенности применения интеллектуальных технологий в отраслях растениеводства и животноводства и их экономические последствия. Определено значение аналитических систем ИТ-технологий в дальнейшем развитии сельского хозяйства.

EN: In the article, it is noted that in recent years, a new stage in the development of agriculture has started in Ukraine, which is characterized by an increase in the use of information and communication technologies. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine has adopted legislative documents on the innovation opportunities of the industry. Held analysis of the current state of innovative information provision of agriculture and its impact on the efficient use of resources of agrarian enterprises and an effective mechanism for using intelligent technological solutions for the purpose of obtaining economic and social effects, as well as the importance of information technologies in agriculture in the perspective that involves their active implementation. The development of agrarian enterprises and the increase of the competitiveness of their products depend on the volumes and availability of investment resources, both internal and external. Analytical systems provide an opportunity to automatically calculate the demand for seeds, fertilizers and plant protection products, and provide the function of efficient management of land, production, labor and financial resources of agricultural enterprises. The author presents problems and prospects for the effective use of land, production, labor and financial resources of agriculture. It has been found that intelligent platforms working in the big data field such as: BAYER BUSINESS PLUS, AGRIANALYTICA, SAATBAU PROFIT MANAGER, etc. are effective for the agrarians. The peculiarities of application of intellectual technologies in the field of plant growing and animal husbandry and their economic consequences are considered. For the successful functioning of the Ukrainian agriculture industry, it must introduce the most modern world technologies for the production of agricultural products and set itself the goal of reaching the European level of increasing the volumes of both crop and animal products. rational use and conservation of resources. Ukraine has a great potential for the production of agricultural products, which must be successfully used and combined with the achievements of scientists in the development of intelligent technologies for the industry. It is determined, the value of analytical systems of IT technologies in the further development of agriculture.
