Дослідження показників зовнішньоекономічних зв’язків України з використанням статистичного аналізу

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто питання доцільності використання різнопланових статистичних показників зовнішньоекономічної діяльності України та здійснено статистичний аналіз їхньої ефективності. Визначено сутність таких понять, як «зовнішньоекономічна діяльність» та «завдання статистики зовнішньоекономічних зв'язків». Проведено дослідження теоретико-методологічних основ та практичних рекомендацій з удосконалення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в Україні на основі оцінки системи коефіцієнтів. У процесі дослідження використано методи аналізу та синтезу, метод коефіцієнтів, табличний метод. Отримані результати дослідження наочно демонструють, що за період 2010–2018 рр. в Україні спостерігається погіршення всіх показників зовнішньоекономічних зв’язків, у тому числі збільшення зовнішнього боргу майже на 3%.

RU: В статье рассмотрен вопрос целесообразности использования разноплановых статистических показателей внешнеэкономической деятельности Украины и осуществлен статистический анализ их эффективности. Определена сущность таких понятий, как «внешнеэкономическая деятельность» и «задачи статистики внешнеэкономических связей». Проведено исследование теоретико- методологических основ и практических рекомендаций по совершенствованию внешнеэкономической деятельности в Украине на основе оценки системы коэффициентов. В процессе исследования использованы методы анализа и синтеза, метод коэффициентов, табличный метод. Полученные результаты исследования наглядно демонстрируют, что за период 2010–2018 гг. в Украине наблюдается ухудшение всех показателей внешнеэкономических связей, в том числе увеличение внешнего долга почти на 3%.

EN: The article deals with the study of foreign economic activity of Ukraine. A statistical analysis of the efficiency of the system of indicators of foreign economic activity was conducted. After analyzing the statistical indicators of Ukraine's foreign economic ties for the period of 2010-2018, it should be noted that in 2018, the deterioration of all indicators of foreign economic ties of the country occurred. Including an increase in external debt by almost 3%. International organizations of many countries of the world have developed criteria for calculating the selection of qualitative statistics that characterize foreign trade. The relevant requirements for the quality of United Nations foreign trade statistics are also developed and used. Statistical analysis was carried out to study the efficiency of the system of indicators of foreign economic activity in Ukraine. Checks on the determination of the quality of the selection of statistical data affect the resulting indicator of foreign economic activity; it is possible to propose the use of the following multidimensional model. The transition to the international methodology of accounting for foreign trade operations required changes in the organization of statistics of foreign trade, that is, the transition from state accounting to the use of customs data. For the development of indicators characterizing the competitiveness of foreign economic relations of the country, it is carried out on the basis of data reliability when using the static analysis of foreign economic activity. On the basis of this analysis one can develop the priorities of foreign economic ties in accordance with the priorities of the national economy as a whole, in particular: to provide safe areas for the development of foreign economic activity; to develop a single law regulating the whole investment sector in Ukraine; improving the work of the e-government, without its qualitative work it is impossible to control foreign economic agreements, etc. The purpose of the study is to substantiate theoretical and methodological foundations and develop practical recommendations for improving foreign economic activity in Ukraine based on the estimation of the system of coefficients. In order to achieve the goal in the work, the following tasks were set and solved: to define the essence of the concept of foreign economic activity, to substantiate the principles of formation of effective foreign economic activity, to carry out a statistical analysis of foreign economic activity in Ukraine. In the course of research, methods of analysis and synthesis, the method of coefficients, and the tabular method are used. So, after analyzing the statistical indicators of Ukraine's foreign economic ties for the period of 2010-2018, we note that in 2018 there was deterioration in all indicators of foreign economic ties of the country. Including an increase in external debt by almost 3%. Particular significance should be given to the problems of substantiation of the mechanism of implementation of foreign economic policy in the conditions of growing globalization of economic processes and the construction of an effective model of development of foreign economic activity. On this basis, we note that it is necessary to continue the study of foreign economic activity of Ukraine.
