Управління витратами у логістичних ланцюгах зернопереробних підприємств

Abstract

UK: У статті ідентифіковано логістичні витрати зернового ринку, визначено структурно-функціональні зв’язки у логістиці зернових потоків. Досліджено стратегічний аспект логістичних витрат у логістичних системах. Доведено, що сучасні умови розвитку економічних процесів вимагають створення умов з об’єднання всіх суб’єктів господарювання різних організаційно-правових форм та форм власності в інтегровані логістичні ланцюги. Проаналізовано ефективність системи через співвідношення «витрати – випуск». Проведено порівняльну характеристику сучасних методів управління витратами. Проведено опитування керівників зернопереробних підприємств Одеської області щодо рівня впровадження нових методів управління витратами.

RU: В статье определены логистические затраты, возникающие на зерновом рынке, определены струк- турно-функциональные связи логистики зерновых потоков. Изучен стратегический аспект логистических затрат в логистических системах. Доказано, что современные условия развития экономики требуют объединения всех субъектов хозяйствования различных организационно-правовых форм и форм собственности в интегрированные логистические цепи. Рассмотрена эффективность системы через соотношение «затраты – выпуск». Проведена сравнительная характеристика современных методов управления затратами. Проведен опрос руководителей зерноперерабатывающих предприятий Одесской области по вопросу знакомства с новыми методами управления затратами и перспективами их применения.

EN: In this research the logistics costs of the grain market are identified, structural-functional connections in the grain flow logistics are determined. The strategic aspect of logistics costs in logistic systems is investigated. It is proved that modern conditions of development of economic processes require the creation of conditions for the unification of all economic entities of different organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership in the integrated logistics chains. The efficiency of the system is analyzed through the relation "cost – issue". The comparative characteristic of modern methods of cost management is carried out. The survey of managers of grain-processing enterprises of the Odessa region concerning the level of implementation of new methods of cost management was conducted. One of the areas of reforming, first and foremost, of manufacturing enterprises lies in the creation of a mechanism that would flexibly and effectively ensure the interaction of the main elements of the drug supply system – production – warehousing – transportation – marketing. It is proved that modern methods of cost management are classified as follows: the method of planned expenditures; method for determining the costs of processes; the method of determining costs based on the life cycle of products; a method based on comparison with the best competitors; method of strategic cost management. A survey of managers of 11 graiprocessing enterprises of the Odesa oblast concerning the level of acquaintance with new methods of cost management and their application prospects was conducted. The obtained results confirm our preliminary conclusions about the urgency of the problem of strategic cost management in logistics systems, which constitute the most important key competence. Let's outline the characteristic features of our methods. The logistic costs of grain production are analyzed, the main factor of the efficiency of grain production is defined – profit generation, which depends on the cost price of production and sales prices. The cost of grain exports in recent years has been analyzed and a conclusion has been made as to its growth.
