Визначення пріоритетної позиції інвестиційного проекту за допомогою методики ранжування

Abstract

UK: За результатами проведених досліджень обґрунтовано необхідність використання методичних підходів та інструментів класифікації інвестиційних проектів, ранжування їх та створення моделі для аналізу рентабельності проекту. Розглянута методика дає змогу залучити до інвестиційної діяльності максимальну кількість працівників, кожен з яких буде мати можливість подати свій проект, заповнивши при цьому форму для розрахунку фінансових показників, і надалі отримати свої дивіденди. У роботі пропонується ранжування інвестиційних витрат, показників енергоефективності та соціальних показників проекту. Запропоновано використання методики ранжування інвестиційних проектів для визначення пріоритетної позиції проекту.

RU:По результатам проведенных исследований обоснована необходимость использования методических подходов и инструментов классификации инвестиционных проектов, ранжирование их и создание модели для анализа рентабельности проекта. Рассмотренная методика позволяет привлечь к инвестиционной деятельности максимальное количество работников, каждый из которых будет иметь возможность подать свой проект, заполнив при этом форму для расчета финансовых показателей, и в дальнейшем получить свои дивиденды. В работе предлагается ранжирование инвестиционных расходов, показателей энергоэффективности и социальных показателей проекта. Предложено использование методики ранжирования инвестиционных проектов для определения приоритетной позиции проекта.

EN: In modern economic conditions, an important issue for enterprises is to search for funds in order to solve key problems related to the modernization and procurement of new technologies, and an assessment of the efficiency of an investment project is a key issue for any investor. In order to develop a methodology for ranking investment projects, the experience of international companies such as Ford Motor, Samsung, and BAYER was used. Top managers of the company have developed and implemented a system that allows each employee of an enterprise to submit their investment project. All projects are consolidated into a single base, which, taking into account all project indicators, gives each one its own priority. The essence of this approach is that any projects have the right to exist, whether multi-million dollar investment or a project to improve working conditions. This practice has become the basis for the development of a methodology that allows “aligning” all proposed projects. That is, each project gains a certain number of points depending on: payback time, investment volume, its impact on working conditions, depreciation rates, etc. Depending on the number of points, the project gets its priority and the investor can see the most priority areas for investing. Therefore, in order to determine all the financial indicators of the project, it is necessary to consider all its expenses and revenues. This provides an opportunity to make an adequate assessment of the return on investment and to determine the project’s priority position. At the same time, the given method allows attracting the maximum number of employees to the investment activity, each of the employees will be able to submit their project, while filling out the form for calculating financial indicators and then receiving their dividends. Therefore, the practical importance of the results obtained is that their use in the enterprise activity will contribute to investment attraction.
