Теоретичні засади формування стратегії сталого економічного розвитку промислових підприємств

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджується теоретичне обґрунтування розроблення концепції сталого розвитку в системі стратегічного управління промисловими підприємствами для поліпшення показників результативності, підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності та соціальної відповідальності. Сформовано наукову концепцію дослідження, сутність якої полягає у доцільності використання запроваджених у зарубіжній практиці виробництва новітніх економічних, технічних, організаційних і корпоративних методів управління господарчими суб’єктами за допомогою розвинутої системи управління сталим економічним розвитком у діяльності промислових підприємств, що сприяє досягненню високого рівня ефективності та конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних господарюючих суб’єктів. Розроблено систему управління сталим розвитком промислового підприємства.

RU: В статье исследуется теоретическое обоснование разработки концепции устойчивого развития в системе стратегического управления промышленными предприятиями для улучшения показателей результативности, повышения конкурентоспособности и социальной ответственности. Сформирована научная концепция исследования, сущность которой заключается в целесообразности использования введенных в зарубежной практике производства новейших экономических, технических, организационных и корпоративных методов управления хозяйствующими субъектами с помощью развитой системы управления устойчивым экономическим развитием в деятельности промышленных предприятий, способствующая достижению высокого уровня эффективности и конкурентоспособности отечественных хозяйству- ющих субъектов. Разработана система управления устойчивым развитием промышленного предприятия.

EN: The article deals with the theoretical substantiation of the development of the concept of sustainable development in the system of strategic management by industrial enterprises to improve performance, increase competitiveness and social responsibility. Turbulence in the global economic system, globalization and convergence processes require domestic industry to look for ways to overcome crisis phenomena and enhance competitiveness, new sources of sustainable development and domestic economic growth. Thus, there was an urgent need to improve the theoretical foundations for the formation of a strategy for the sustainable economic development of industrial enterprises. The scientific concept of research is formed, the essence of which is the feasibility of using the newest economic, technical, organizational and corporate methods of managing economic entities introduced in foreign practice with the help of the developed system of management of sustainable economic development in the activity of industrial enterprises, which contributes to the achievement of a high level of efficiency and the competitiveness of domestic business entities. A management system for the sustainable development of an industrial enterprise has been developed. The methodolo- gy of the research is based on the set of theories of management of the sustainable development of economic systems in the conditions of globalization, convergence and transnationalization of a market economy. The empirical basis of the research is the work of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of the formation and development of a system of sustainable economic development of industrial enterprises.The theoretical substantiation of the development of the concept of sustainable development in the system of strategic management by industrial enterprises is offered, which will allow to improve the efficiency indicators, increase competitiveness and social responsibility.
