Протидія загрозам фінансовій безпеці підприємства

Abstract

UK: Статтю присвячено дослідженню теоретичних та практичних аспектів протидії впливу зовнішніх та внутрішніх загроз фінансовій безпеці підприємства. Розкрито новий підхід до визначення сутності поняття «загроза фінансовій безпеці підприємства», а також представлено класифікацію та властивості загроз фінансовій безпеці. Сформовано ключові засади щодо управління процесом протидії зовнішнім і внутрішнім загрозам фінансовій безпеці підприємства, реалізовані у вигляді відповідного алгоритму, що містить сукупність взаємопов’язаних та послідовних етапів, які регламентують порядок дій суб’єктів безпеки стосовно науково організованого моніторингу зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, класифікації сукупності загроз, вибору оптимального варіанту захисних дій виходячи з необхідності та можливості протидіяти певній загрозі.

RU: Статья посвящена исследованию теоретических и практических аспектов противодействия влиянию внешних и внутренних угроз финансовой безопасности предприятия. Раскрыт новый подход к определению сущности понятия «угроза финансовой безопасности предприятия», а также представлена классификация и свойства угроз финансовой безопасности. Сформированы ключевые принципы относительно управления процессом противодействия внешним и внутренним угрозам финансовой безопасности предприятия, реализованные в виде соответствующего алгоритма, который содержит совокупность взаимоувязываемых и последовательных этапов и которые регламентируют порядок действий субъектов безопасности касательно научно организованного мониторинга внешней и внутренней среды, классификации совокупности угроз, выбора оптимального варианта защитных действий, исходя из необходимости и возможности противодействовать определенной угрозе.

EN: The problem of financial security of enterprises, corporations, corporations in the current environment is becoming more and more relevant. Ensuring financial security of enterprises is one of the priority directions in the system of economic security of Ukraine. An important aspect for effective management is the understanding of financial security of an enterprise as a complex phenomenon. Therefore, the problem of finding and introducing into practice new forms and methods of management, developing a strategy for financial security of enterprises would allow the preparation and implementation of appropriate programs of action to neutralize external and eliminate internal, constantly emerging threats to financial conflict. The article is sanctified to research of theoretical and practical aspects of counteraction to influence of external and internal threats to financial safety of enterprise. By a near-term task in given investigational it was to carry out the walkthrough of scientifically-professional literature, in relation to existent concepts "threat" and "threat to financial safety" and on the basis of realizable analysis new approach is presented in relation to determination of essence of concept "threat to financial safety of enterprise". Presented classification of threats to financial safety and the key internal and external threats ofpresent time are certain. Key principles are formed in relation to process control of counteraction to the external and internal threats to financial safety of enterprise realized as a corresponding algorithm that contains totality of the constrained and successive stages, that regulate the order of actions ofsubjects of safety concerning the scientifically organizedmonitoring of external and internal environment, classification of totality of threats, choice of optimal variant ofprotective actions, going out a necessity and possibility tocounteract certain threat, forming of tactics and strategy andresource providing in relation to the process of guaranteeingof financial safety of enterprise. It is well-proven that effective counteraction to the threats to financial safety does possible an achievement and/ or support of necessary financial strength security, and consequently and achievement of key financial interests.
