Система менеджменту забезпечення конкурентоспроможності промислової продукції в умовах дефіцитності ресурсів

Abstract

UK: Розвиток національної економіки в сучасних умовах конкурентного середовища є можливим шляхом відтворення промислового комплексу держави. Головним завданням при цьому є розроблення ефективних систем менеджменту, які дадуть змогу створити умови динамічного зростання таких галузей реального сектору економіки, як верстатобудування, приладобудування, електротехнічна та електронна промисловість, за рахунок упровадження прогресивних технологій, використання новітніх підходів до управління та запровадження наукового обґрунтування управлінських рішень. Запропоновано методичний підхід до впровадження системи менеджменту забезпечення конкурентоспроможності промислової продукції в умовах дефіцитності ресурсів. Упровадження запропонованих рішень дає змогу суттєво знизити витрати виробництва, підвищити якість продукції та забезпечити досягнення високого рівня конкурентоспроможності промислової продукції в умовах дефіцитності ресурсів.

RU: Развитие национальной экономики в современных условиях конкурентной среды возможно путем воспроизводства промышленного комплекса страны. Главной задачей при этом является разработка эффективных систем менеджмента, которые позволят создать условия динамичного роста таких отраслей реального сектора экономики, как станкостроение, приборостроение, электротехническая и электронная промышленность, за счет внедрения прогрессивных технологий, использования новейших подходов к управлению и внедрения научного обоснования управленческих решений. Предложен методический подход к разработке системы менеджмента обеспечения конкурентоспособности промышленной продукции в условиях дефицитности ресурсов. Внедрение предложенных решений позволяет существенно снизить издержки производства, повысить качество продукции и обеспечить достижение высокого уровня конкурентоспособности промышленной продукции в условиях дефицитности ресурсов.

EN: Economic development is possible through the reproduction of the state's industrial complex in today's competitive environment. Industrial enterprises of the real economy sector are operating today in the resources deficiency conditions and they are in a difficult position which characterized by low levels of the production efficiency. The way out of the difficult financial and economic situation is to create the effective management systems, that will allow to create the conditions for the products competitiveness ensuring of the real economy sector through the introduction of advanced technologies, the use of the latest approaches to management and the introduction of the scientific justification of management decisions. The actual scientific and practical task is to create the conditions for the introduction of advanced technologies through the formation of a management system for ensuring the competitiveness of the industrial products. The authors of the article propose the methodical approach to the development of the management system for the competitiveness ensuring of industrial products in conditions of the resources deficiency. An analysis of the technical, financial and economic status of industrial production is envisaged in accordance with the methodological approach. The analysis of production resources will allow to identify the potential opportunities at the enterprise. The monitoring unit for the implementation of the advanced technologies is represented by the main technological steps. These advanced technologies are radically different from the known technologies in practice recovery for the super hard materials and alloys. The formation of the information base by the competitiveness and quality indicators according to each technological stage has been provided. It is proposed to calculate an integral indicator of competitiveness on the basis of the formed information base. The decisions making for the competitiveness ensuring of the industrial products have been envisaged according to the results of the calculations. The offers implementation can significantly reduce the production costs, improve the product quality and ensure the high level of competitiveness of industrial products in conditions of the resources deficiency.
