Управління процесом формування ресурсного потенціалу як передумова конкурентоспроможного стратегічного розвитку виробничого підприємства

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто різні підходи до визначення сутності поняття «ресурсний потенціал», що дало змогу сформулювати власне визначення даного терміна, яке спирається на концепцію конкурентоспроможного стратегічного управління підприємством. Визначено його вагому роль в ефективному розвитку підприємства. Виділено та обґрунтовано структурні складники ресурсного потенціалу та запропоновано певні кроки в галузі їх зміцнення. Рекомендовано розгляд обмежуючих компонент, які можуть стримувати процес формування і використання ресурсного потенціалу. Запропоновано алгоритм прийняття управлінського рішення щодо формування ресурсного потенціалу виробничого підприємства. Зауважено, що під час його розгляду слід ураховувати стадії життєвого циклу визначеного виробничого підприємства і залежно від цього коректувати етапи залежно від пріоритетів у наповненні складу структурних складників.

RU: В статье рассмотрены различные подходы к определению сущности понятия «ресурсный потенциал», что позволило сформулировать собственное определение данного термина, которое опирается на концепцию конкурентоспособного стратегического управления предприятием. Определена его весомая роль в эффективном развитии предприятия. Выделены и обоснованы структурные составляющие ресурсного потенциала и предложены определенные шаги в области их укрепления. Рекомендовано рассмотрение ограничивающих компонент, которые могут сдерживать процесс формирования и использования ресурсного потенциала. Предложен алгоритм принятия управленческого решения по формированию ресурсного потенциала производственного предприятия. Отмечено, что при его рассмотрении следует учитывать стадии жизненного цикла определенного производственного предприятия и в зависимости от этого корректировать этапы в зависимости от приоритетов в наполнении состава структурных составляющих.

EN: In modern conditions, the formation and evaluation of current and future opportunities of enterprises become relevant, since the balance of the potential of resource opportunities with the environment is extremely necessary to achieve the planned economic objectives and survival in tough competitive conditions. To ensure the effective functioning of production enterprises, an important tool should be a sufficient amount of resource potential and a clear development strategy, subject to effective management. The article considers various approaches to the definition of the essence of the concept of “resource potential”, which allowed us to formulate our own definition of this term, which is based on the concept of competitive strategic management of the enterprise. Given the conditions of today, the authors note that management of process of formation of the resource potential must optimize the cost of products against the background of ensuring a certain level of competitiveness of enterprise and growth performance. The structural components of the resource potential are identified and justified and certain steps in the field of their strengthening are proposed. It is noted that each structural element has to be managed separately and interchanged with others within the framework of a single integrity of the process of forming the resource potential of the entire production enterprise. The structural relationship will be determined by the goals of the organization, its capabilities and the results of a detailed strategic analysis. It is recommended to consider limiting components that can constrain the process of formation and use of resource potential. Each of them makes its own adjustments to the development of the enterprise, for which the need for the introduction of certain conditions in the construction of the target function of the development of the production enterprise is emphasized. The algorithm of management decision-making on formation of resource potential of the production enterprise is offered. It is noted that when considering it, it is necessary to take into account the stages of the life cycle of a certain enterprise and, depending on this, adjust the stages based on the priorities in filling the composition of the structural components. This will allow to detail management decisions in the direction of strengthening the competitive position of the organization and will lead to the creation of a comprehensive management system for the development of the production enterprise in the future.
