Формування сприятливого інвестиційного клімату регіону

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто особливості формування інвестиційного клімату регіону. Узагальнено підходи до визначення поняття «інвестиційний клімат». Проведено аналіз тенденцій розвитку сучасного стану та проблем іноземного інвестування в Закарпатській області, зокрема динаміки та розподілу прямих іноземних інвестицій за країнами-інвесторами, галузями економіки. Визначено, що обсяги та ефективність використання інвестицій виступають ключовим чинником соціально-економічного розвитку регіону, зростання його потенціалу та підвищення конкурентоспроможності в сучасних умовах. За результатами досліджень представлено авторський підхід до визначення ключових елементів формування сприятливого інвестиційного клімату та запропоновано основні напрями підвищення його привабливості в межах транскордонного регіону

RU: В статье рассмотрены особенности формирования инвестиционного климата региона. Обобщены подходы к определению понятия «инвестиционный климат». Проведен анализ тенденций развития современного состояния и проблем иностранного инвестирования в Закарпатской области, в частности динамики и распределения прямых иностранных инвестиций по странам-инвесторам, отраслями экономики. Определено, что объемы и эффективность использования инвестиций выступают ключевым фактором социально-экономического развития региона, роста его потенциала и повышения конкурентоспособности в современных условиях. По результатам исследований представлен авторский подход к определению ключевых элементов формирования благоприятного инвестиционного климата и предложены основные направления повышения его привлекательности в пределах трансграничного региона.

EN: The article the current trends in the formation of the investment climate of the region is considered. The concept of «investment climate» have been summarized and specialized, own definition for this category have been proposed. In particular, investment climate is a general description of the totality of social, economic, institutional, legal, political and cultural conditions, which ensure the attractiveness and the feasibility of investing in the particular economic system (country, region). The major requirements for the formation of the processes of evaluation and analysis of investment climate of region have been identified. The main factors that should be taken into account in the process of reviewing the investment climate of region as an object of analysis have been specialized. It is proved that creating a favorable investment climate in the region is one of the most important conditions for attracting investment. Favorable investment climate should provide protection to investors from investment risks meaning unexpected loss of income and capital. The problems and prospects of foreign direct investment in Transcarpathia are analyzed. Transcarpathian region is studied as a subject of creating a favorable environment for investment activity taking into account specifics and peculiarities of the territory. The dynamics, investor countries, industries, distribution territories of foreign direct investment in Transcarpathian region are analyzed. It is determined that the magnitude and efficiency of investment are key to socio-economic development of Transcarpathian region, growing the potential and increasing competitiveness in modern market conditions. Given of the importance of investing in socio-economic development of the region, is investigated the flow of foreign direct investment in the Transcarpathian region and the main trends in this area. According to the results of studies, is presents the author’s approach to forming of the key elements of favorable investment climate and provides the main directions of improving its attractiveness within a cross-border region – Transcarpathia.
