Трансформація діяльності банку на базі побудови екосистеми

Abstract

UK: У статті сформульовано характерні риси роботи банку в епоху трансформаційних процесів та наведено порівняння моделей надання послуг банку в традиційному форматі і у вигляді екосистеми. Охарактеризовано особливості та компоненти інноваційних моделей розвитку банківського бізнесу. Визначено основні складники, на яких повинна базуватися побудова екосистеми в банках. Виділено дві найрозповсюдженіші моделі платформ, які слугують основою для побудови екосистеми в банку, – відкрита власна банківська платформа і платформа, що належить стороннім організаціям. Надано характеристику роботи банку під час використання цих моделей платформ. Зазначено необхідність вибору найбільш придатної для конкретного банку бізнес-моделі.

RU: В статье сформулированы характерные особенности работы банка в эпоху трансформационных процессов и приведено сравнение моделей предостав-ления услуг банка в традиционном формате и в виде экосистемы. Охарактеризованы особенности и компоненты инновационных моделей развития банковского бизнеса. Определены основные составляющие, на которых должно базироваться построение экосистемы в банках. Выделены две самые распространенные модели платформ, которые служат основой для построения экосистемы в банке, – открытая собственная банковская платформа и платформа, которая принадлежит другим организациям. Представлена характеристика работы банка при использовании этих моделей платформ. Указана необходимость выбора наиболее пригодной для конкретного банка бизнес-модели.

EN: In recent years, the rapid development of information technologies has taken the main place and has greatly contributed to changes in all spheres, including the economy. So the researches dedicated to the choosing and establishing model of ecosystems remains the most attractive. Therefore, today the recent trend in the banking sector is the form of building ecosystems in banks. In the article the characteristic features of the bank in the era of transformation processes are formulated and the models of providing services of the bank in the traditional format and in the form of ecosystems are compared. If the bank chooses a strategy based on the ecosystem, it is be very important to have a focused approach to choosing an innovation business model and the platform on which it will work. The effective performance of the bank is depend on the correct choice of business model. Now the banks are faced with the choice: to work according to the traditional scheme or to choose a new way of working as an ecosystem. The special features and components of innovative models of banking business development are characterized in this article. The main components on which the construction of ecosystems in banks should be based are outlined. The bank must consider its capabilities and partnerships, based on the needs of customers, when choosing a business model for building an ecosystem. Two of the most commonly used platform models are identified, they serve as the basis for building an ecosystem in a bank – an open banking platform or platform owned by third-party organizations. The authors provided the characteristic of activity of the bank when using these platform models. The necessity of choosing the business model the most suitable for a particular bank is identified. So working as an ecosystem provides an opportunity to the bank to be competitive among other financial and non-financial institutions
