Шляхи поліпшення інвестиційного клімату України в умовах поглиблення інтеграційних процесів

Abstract

UK: У статті проаналізовано інвестиційний клімат України в умовах поглиблення інвестиційних процесів. Визначено основні чинники, які впливають на формування інвестиційного клімату в країні, а також в окремих регіонах. Проаналізовано динаміку надходження іноземних інвестицій за регіонами та галузями. Визначено основні причини скорочення та збільшення обсягів прямих іноземних інвестицій в економіку країни за досліджуваний період. Визначено чинники, які мають негативний чи позитивний вплив на формування інвестиційного клімату країни. Розглянуто основні проблеми, що перешкоджають залученню іноземних інвестицій в економіку України. Проаналізовано рівень інвестиційної привабливості країни на сучасному етапі розвитку. Запропоновано можливі заходи, що сприятимуть поліпшенню інвестиційного клімату України в умовах поглиблення інтеграційних процесів та збільшенню обсягів іноземних інвестицій у країні.

RU: В статье проанализирован инвестиционный климат Украины в условиях усиления интеграционных процессов. Определены основные факторы, которые влияют на формирование инвестиционного климата в стране и отдельных регионах. Проанализирована динамика поступления иностранных инвестиций по регионам и отраслям. Определены основные причины сокращения и увеличения объемов прямых иностранных инвестиций в экономику страны за исследуемый период. Определены факторы, которые оказывают отрицательное или положительное влияние на формирование инвестиционного климата в стране. Рассмотрены основные проблемы, которые препятствуют привлечению иностранных инвестиций в экономику Украины. Проанализирован современный уровень инвестиционной привлекательности и предложены возможные мероприятия, которые будут способствовать улучшению инвестиционного климата Украины в условиях усиления интеграционных процессов и увеличению объемов иностранных инвестиций в стране

EN: At the current stage of development of economic relations in Ukraine, enterprises face a wide range of problems that require significant investment. Given the persistent lack of funds for most domestic enterprises, investment can be their main source of financing. The speed of introduction of investment technologies in Ukraine depends on the favorable investment climate, socio-economic development, regulation of legislation in the country. Investment activity plays a significant role in the economic processes of any country, as attracted investments create new businesses, create new jobs, modernize equipment at existing enterprises, innovate, and develop infrastructure. A favorable investment climate is a significant indicator that increases the volume of attracted funds to the country's economy. That is why one of the strategic goals of the state is to create a favorable climate for investment activities. One of the most important conditions for improving the country's investment policy is to ensure a positive investment climate. That is why improving the investment climate in the country is an important and urgent issue that needs further consideration and formulation of measures that will enhance investment activity. The article analyzes the investment climate of Ukraine. The main factors that influence the formation of the investment climate in the regions of the country are identified. The dynamics of the flow of foreign investment by region and industry is analyzed. The main reasons for the reduction and increase in foreign investment over the study period are identified. The factors of negative and positive impact on the investment climate of the country are determined. The main problems that impede the attraction of foreign investment in the Ukrainian economy are considered. The article analyzes the current level of investment attractiveness and suggests measures that will improve the investment climate of Ukraine in the context of strengthening integration processes and increase the volume of foreign investment in the country. Also these activities will contribute to improving the economy of the country as a whole.
