Удосконалення механізму управління бізнес-процесами в умовах посилення технологічних викликів

Abstract

UK: Статтю присвячено виявленню та обґрунтуванню можливостей застосування сучасних підходів до вдосконалення управління бізнес-процесами на підприємствах, що забезпечить досягнення синергетичного ефекту, а саме високих показників ефективності з оптимальним використанням ресурсів компанії. На основі дослідження значного масиву літературних джерел автором визначено етапи розвитку концепції управління бізнес-процесами підприємств, сильні й слабкі сторони її впровадження на різних етапах розвитку. Також автору вдалося представити практичні приклади побудови бізнес-процесів на підприємстві Це дало можливість обґрунтувати пропозиції щодо вдосконалення механізмів управління бізнес-процесами з урахуванням сучасних внутрішніх і зовнішніх викликів, пов’язаних із посиленням міжнародної конкуренції, стрімким розвитком технологій у рамках Індустрії 4.0.

RU: Статья посвящена выявлению и обоснованию возможностей применения современных подходов к совершенствованию управления бизнес-процессами на предприятиях, которые могут обеспечить до- стижение синергетического эффекта, а именно высоких показателей эффективности с оптимальным использованием ресурсов компании. На основе исследования значительного массива литературных ис- точников автором определены этапы развития концепции управления бизнес-процессами предприятий, сильные и слабые стороны ее внедрения на различных этапах развития. Также автору удалось пред- ставить практические примеры построения бизнес-процессов на предприятии, что дало возможность обосновать предложения по совершенствованию механизмов управления бизнес-процессами с учетом современных внутренних и внешних вызовов, связанных с усилением международной конкуренции, стреми- тельным развитием технологий в рамках Индустрии 4.0.

EN: The study reveals the peculiarities of modern global production development connected with modern business process management allowing for many companies to achieve the indicators of effectiveness and efficiency. The research is aimed at development of modern approaches to managing business processes at enterprises and identification of key determinants playing the key role in upstream moving for the production capacities. Based on the study of a significant array of literary sources, the author determines the main stages of development of business process management concept both the strengths and weakness of the existing system. The purpose of the article is to investigate theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of business processes in enterprises, what allows to justify new promising avenues. The implementation of these approaches should improve business process management in the context of global technical challenges. Moreover, the practical approaches of business processes modeling is being given particular emphasis such as business process automation with the using of smart technologies of Industry 4.0 (virtual and augmented reality, artificial intelligence etc.). In the article, the author reveals the features of business process simulation as a means of representing work operations and distinguishes their implementation types. It can help to put the business process concept into practice for modern industry enterprises. Then the author turns to a brief survey of some of the major concepts that process practitioners are focused on today and that will probably impact most corporate business processes management efforts in the near future. At the same time, the author distinguishes such approaches as the business process improvement, reengineering and automation of business processes. There are the most promising initiatives so far identified as process automation tools. But this result should be considered within global trend of fourth industry revolution, named Industry 4.0. According to research results author gives the proposals to improve business process management mechanism according to account current internal and external challenges related to increased international competition, rapid development of technologies within the Industry 4.0.
