Діагностування впливу економічних чинників на конкурентоспроможність національного господарства

Abstract

UK: Статтю написано з метою прогнозування впливу економічних чинників на інтегральний показник конку- рентоспроможності національної економіки. Побудовано статичну Байєсівську мережу. Дослідження зако- номірностей функціонування національної економічної систем підтверджується такими результатами до- слідження: усі показники регіону безпосередньо мають вплив на національне господарство; для максимізації регіональної конкурентоспроможності необхідний цілеспрямований вплив на його інноваційно-інвестиційну діяльність; загальний економічний стан регіону збільшиться у разі збереження рівня конкурентоспромож- ності за збільшення на третину інноваційно-інвестиційних результатів; економічна активність регіону зросте до свого поточного максимуму у разі приросту рівня інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності на 4%.

RU: Статья написана с целью прогнозирования влияния экономических факторов на интегральный показатель конкурентоспособности национальной экономики. Построена статическая Байесовская сеть. Исследование закономерностей функционирования национальной экономической систем подтверждается следующими результатами исследования: все показатели региона непосредственно влияют на национальное хозяйство; для максимизации региональной конкурентоспособности необходимо целенаправленное воздействие на его инновационно-инвестиционную деятельность; общее экономическое положение региона увеличится в случае сохранения уровня конкурентоспособности при увеличении на треть инновационно-инвестиционных результатов; экономическая активность региона возрастет до своего текущего максимума в случае прироста уровня инновационно-инвестиционной деятельности на 4%.

EN: The article reflects the improvement of the process of forecasting the impact on the integral indicator of the competitiveness of the national economy of regional level indicators, which, unlike the existing ones, is based on the built Bayesian network, which allowed to determine the importance of innovation and investment indicators and to choose methods of achieving the maximum level of competitiveness. Constructed a static Bayesian network that reflects the impact of regional economic indicators on the integral index of competitiveness of the national economy. The regularity of functioning of economic systems of national and regional level is confirmed by the following research results, namely: all indicators of the region have a direct impact on the national economy; competitiveness when increasing by a third of innovation and investment results, economic act ness of the region will grow to its current peak in case of growth of innovation and investment by 4%. The study showed that the multidimensional nature of the relationship with economic, investment-innovation and competitiveness indicators can be used as a tool to support decision-making by management when formulating strategic recommendations for improving the economic state of the country. The article proposes a model of a static Bayesian network for solving the problem of forecasting the country's competitiveness. Where the simulation results confirm that if the volume of innovative products reaches the maximum (will increase from 30 to 100%), the level of innovation and investment activity in the region will increase by 28% (increase from 45% to 73%). These are the conditions under which the positive dynamics of increasing the competitiveness of the countries as a whole are observed. therefore, the indisputable fact of increasing the competitiveness of the national economy is due to the progressive development of innovation and investment activity. Such research will help to increase the effectiveness of the administrative decisions of public authorities, and in the context of de-neutralization reform, it is a scientifically necessary basis for local government.
