Сценарії стратегічного розвитку організаційно- інформаційного забезпечення антикризового управління агроформуваннями

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто змістове наповнення та уточнено сутнісні характеристики сценаріїв страте- гічного розвитку організаційно-інформаційного забезпечення антикризового управління агроформування- ми, визначено мету, завдання й принципи їх розроблення. Обґрунтовано складники та етапи розроблення, виявлено особливості та доведено необхідність стратегічного взаємоузгодження сценаріїв; окреслено переваги та практичну значущість використання сценарного підходу до стратегічного розвитку органі- заційно-інформаційного забезпечення антикризового управління агроформуваннями. Аргументовано, що використання технологій сценарного підходу є найбільш потужним інструментом виявлення стратегічних зон управління ризиками і використання можливостей для агроформувань, що сприяє встановленню гармонійних взаємодій.

RU: В статье рассмотрено содержательное наполнение и уточнены сущностные характеристики сценари- ев стратегического развития организационно-информационного обеспечения антикризисного управления агроформированиями, определены цели, задачи и принципы их разработки. Обоснованы составляющие и этапы разработки, выявлены особенности и доказана необходимость стратегической взаимоувязки сцена- риев; определены преимущества и практическая значимость использования сценарного подхода к страте- гическому развитию организационно-информационного обеспечения антикризисного управления агрофор- мированиями. Аргументировано, что использование технологий сценарного подхода является наиболее мощным инструментом выявления стратегических зон управления рисками и использования возможностей для агроформирований, что способствует установлению гармоничных взаимодействий.

It is argued that the use of scenario-based technologies is the most powerful tool for identifying strategic risk management areas and utilizing opportunities for agro-formations, which helps to establish harmonious interactions between individual structural units to reach a new quality of strategic development of organizational and information support and allows to solve the following issues: allows to consider all possible risks and threats and identify effective measures; enables you to act quickly and decisively and dramatically reduce response and adaptation time; contributes to the detection of imbalances and information asymmetries that distort the crisis management of agricultural formation; Helps agricultural companies manage uncertainty by modeling alternatives; allows to detect inhibiting internal and external factors; provides an up-to-date dynamic of organizational change; allows to substantiate and adopt strategic decisions of anti-crisis management of agroforming at a new quality level; expands horizons of agro-forming opportunities; promotes decentralization of crisis management of agricultural companies; allows to predict the consequences of future processes and to identify the main directions of possible developments; promotes clear segmentation of events by time shades; forms an information platform for forecasting; provides consideration of the individual features of the functioning of each agro-formation, which allows to segment the activities into groups depending on the type of their reaction to the crisis and the level of effectiveness of their actions.
