Іноземні інвестиціі в економику регіонів України

Abstract

UK: Статтю присвячено дослідженню особливостей розвитку та сучасного стану інвестиційної діяльності в Україні. Окреслено основні ризики, з якими зіштовхуються інвестори в процесі інвестиційної діяльності. Доведено, що потенційно Україна є інвестиційно привабливою країною, оскільки має доволі місткий ринок, великі запаси природних ресурсів, кваліфіковану і дешеву робочу силу, значний науково-технічний потенціал, наявність невикористаних виробничих потужностей, вигідне географічне положення. Установлено, що регіони України дійсно мають велику різницю за обсягами надходжень прямих іноземних інвестицій. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення інвестиційної діяльності для активного залучення іноземних інвесторів в Україну. Під час наукового дослідження було встановлено, що за регіонами найбільше інвестицій надходить у м. Київ. Визначено основні проблеми, які впливають на розмір інвестицій у країну. Проаналізовано потенціал залучення інвестицій до України в розрізі привабливості для іноземних інвесторів.

RU: Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей развития и современного состояния инвестиционной деятельности в Украине. Определены основные риски, с которыми сталкиваются инвесторы в процессе инвестиционной деятельности. Доказано, что потенциально Украина является инвестиционно привлекательной страной, поскольку имеет емкий рынок, большие запасы природных ресурсов, квалифицированную и дешевую рабочую силу, значительный научно-технический потенциал, неиспользованные производственные мощности, выгодное географическое положение. Установлено, что регионы Украины действительно имеют большую разницу по объемам поступлений прямых иностранных инвестиций. Предложены направления совершенствования инвестиционной деятельности для активного привлечения иностранных инвесторов в Украине. Установлено, что по регионам больше всего инвестиций поступает в г. Киев. Определены основные проблемы, которые влияют на размер инвестиций в страну. Проанализирован потенциал привлечения инвестиций в Украину в разрезе привлекательности для иностранных инвесторов.

EN: The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the development and current state of investment activity in Ukraine. The mail risks that investors face in the investment process are outlined. It is proved that potentially Ukraine is an attractive investment country because it has a large market, large reserves of natural resources, skilled and cheap labor, considerable scientific and technical potential, availability of unused production facilities, favorable geographical position. During the research it was found that the regions of Ukraine do make a big difference in the amount of FDI inflows. the investment climate in Ukraine has significantly deteriorated in recent years, despite the competitive advantages such as favorable geographical location, natural and climatic conditions, skilled labor, significant economic potential, etc. Directions of improvement of investment activity for active attraction of foreign investors in Ukraine are offered. It was found that by region the most investments were made inKyiv. The mail problems that affect the size of investment in the country are identified. The potential of Ukraine in terms of attractiveness for foreign investors is analyzed. The socio-economic crisis of 2014 has led to a worsening investment situation from abroad: unfavorable investment climate, lack of security guarantees for the investor, and high levels of risk have led to a sharp deterioration in investment performance across Ukraine and its regions, and across its regions to assert the necessity and immediate relevance of foreign investments to the economy of Ukraine. Potentially, Ukraine is an attractive investment country because it has a large market, large reserves of natural resources, skilled and cheap labor, considerable scientific and technical potential, unused production capacity, favorable geographical location, etc. The dynamics of foreign direct investment depends on both the investment attractiveness of the country as a whole and its individual regions. Although FDI is small, compared to the investment costs of Ukrainian enterprises, in the long term, given the improved investment climate and sound regional policy, their volume can increase significantly.
