Міжнародне економічне співробітництво України в умовах глобалізації

Abstract

UK: Сучасне світове господарство в умовах глобалізації потребує зростання взаємозалежності економік різних країн, переорієнтації в джерелах зростання виробництва з екстенсивних на інтенсивні, зменшення ролі держави. Міжнародне економічне співробітництво є ключовою характеристикою сучасних міжнародних відносин. Однією з ознак міжнародного економічного співробітництва в умовах глобалізації є зростання ролі транснаціональних корпорацій у світовому господарстві. Кожна країна має зіставляти свої дії з діями інших держав, а у разі необхідності також узгоджувати їх шляхом прийняття спільних оптимальних рішень. Так можна прийти до світової економіки, яка слугувала б людині, її інтересам і потребам. Виходячи з цього, актуальним для України є питання міжнародного економічного співробітництва з метою інтеграції у міжнародне інноваційне середовище.

RU: Современное мировое хозяйство в условиях глобализации требует роста взаимозависимости экономик различных стран, переориентации в источниках роста производства с экстенсивных на интенсивные, уменьшения роли государства. Международное экономическое сотрудничество является ключевой характеристикой современных международных отношений. Одним из признаков международного экономического сотрудничества в условиях глобализации является возрастание роли транснациональных корпораций в мировом хозяйстве. Каждая страна должна сопоставлять свои действия с действиями других государств, а при необходимости также согласовывать их путем принятия совместных оптимальных решений. Только так можно прийти к мировой экономике, которая служила бы прежде всего человеку, его интересам и потребностям. Исходя из этого, актуальными становятся для Украины вопросы международного экономического сотрудничества с целью интеграции вмеждународную инновационную среду.

EN:The modern world economy in the globalization conditions requires increasing interdependence of economies of different countries, reorientation in the sources of growth of production from extensive to intensive, reducing the role of the state. In view of the pace and direction of changes, it is extremely necessary to take into account the concept of globalization in shaping the economic policy of the state. International economic cooperation is a key characteristic of modern international relations in the globalization conditions; it is a rather rapid force that drives states to change. One of the hallmarks of international economic cooperation in the globalization conditions is the growing role of transnational corporations in the world economy. The features of technoparks lead to widespread interest in them as an effective mechanism to support the development of science, especially in the field of high technologies. A necessary condition for improving the sectoral proportions of the national economy is an effective investment policy. For Ukraine, attracting foreign investments is an important factor in its economic development. Unfortunately, the state of development of innovations in the economy of Ukraine can hardly be called comforting. The volatile economic situation of enterprises has a negative impact on innovation processes. Lack of own funds, insolvency of customers, unfavorable investment and lending conditions impede investment activity. At this stage, it requires an increase in the role of the state, effective regulation and stimulation of scientific and technological, and innovative development. The state should act as a subject that strengthens market mechanisms in conditions where the existing and potential benefits of the Ukrainian economy cannot be realized on the basis of market self-regulators and effective competition yet. Each country should compare its actions with those of the other countries and, if necessary, coordinate them by making common optimal decisions. This is the only way to reach a world economy that serves primarily a person, his/her interests and needs. Proceeding from this, the issue of international economic cooperation for the purpose of integration into the international innovation environment is urgent for Ukraine. Each entry of a new international player into our market increases the attractiveness of our country, and invested capital will become an integral part of the reproduction process of Ukraine.
