Оцінка факторів міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств України

Abstract

UK:У статті проведено аналіз факторів міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств України. Оцінка товарної структури експорту дала змогу визначити групи вітчизняної продукції, що користуються попитом на міжнародних ринках. На підставі систематизації думок вітчизняних учених факторами міжнародної конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних підприємств було визначено і проаналізовано: ступінь зносу основних засобів, інноваційну активність підприємств, структуру джерел фінансування інноваційної діяльності, обсяги капітальних інвестицій у матеріальні і нематеріальні активи. Доведено, що високий рівень зносу основних засобів, низька інноваційна активність підприємств, незадовільний рівень фінансування інноваційних розробок державою негативно позначаються на міжнародній конкурентоспроможності українських підприємств.

RU: В статье представлен анализ факторов международной конкурентоспособности предприятий Украины. Оценка товарной структуры экспорта позволила определить группы отечественной продукции, пользующихся спросом на международных рынках. На основании систематизации мнений отечественных ученых факторами международной конкурентоспособности отечественных предприятий были определены и проанализированы: степень износа основных средств, инновационная активность предприятий, структура источников финансирования инновационной деятельности, объемы капитальных инвестиций в материальные и нематериальные активы. Доказано, что высокий уровень износа основных средств, низкая инновационная активность предприятий, неудовлетворительный уровень финансирования инновационных разработок государством негативно сказываются на международной конкурентоспособности украинских предприятий.

EN: Current trends in world markets have necessitated the identification and study of factors of the international competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises that was carried out in this article. Based on the analysis of the dynamics and commodity structure of exports for 2011–2019 years, the groups of domestic products that are most in demand in international markets were identified. The predominance of low value-added products in Ukrainian exports was revealed. As factors of the international competitiveness of enterprises were identified and analyzed the following: the degree of depreciation of fixed assets, innovative activity of enterprises, the structure of sources of financing for innovative activities, the volume of capital investments in tangible and intangible assets. A high degree of depreciation of fixed assets of industrial enterprises was revealed, and the dynamics of growth of depreciation in the industry, gas and energy supply was noted. The branches of the economy are identified in which there is a decrease in the depreciation of fixed assets. The analysis of innovative activity of Ukrainian enterprises, the share of investment in research and development expenditure in relation to GDP is carried out. Uneven dynamics of expenditures on innovation, a low share of innovatively active industrial enterprises in Ukraine are noted. The structure of sources of financing innovative activities of enterprises is considered. The predominance of own sources of enterprises in financing innovative developments is revealed. A low level of innovation financing from the state budget was noted. Domestic industries that have a high potential but lose to foreign competitors due to the lack of funding for innovative developments are indicated. The share of the enterprises’ capital investments in tangible and intangible assets is estimated. The main reasons for the imbalance in the structure of capital investments of enterprises and the shortcomings of the investment policy of the state are described. The factors that negatively affect the international competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises are characterized.
