Необхідність застосування сучасних методів управління в освітній сфері

Abstract

UK: Зазначено, що ключовою проблемою сучасного керівництва стала необхідність застосування удосконалених та нових методів управління в освітній сфері. У статті наведено характеристику справжнього менеджера освіти, який, враховуючи особливості управлінської діяльності, успішно здійснює як організаторську, так і педагогічну діяльність. Продемонстровано, як батьки оцінюють якість освітніх послуг у державній школі, де зараз навчається їхня дитина. Розглянуто приклад директора однієї з українських шкіл, що вже багато років виступає за європейську орієнтацію і втілює нові ідеї та методи управління в галузі освіти. Охарактеризовано й проаналізовано роботу в Опорному закладі освіти, наведено різні приклади щодо ефективної діяльності керівництва школи. Також доведено, що модернізованим освітнім менеджером є той, хто вміє поєднувати свої навички, цілі в сучасних умовах задля реалізації та забезпечення якості управління.

RU: Отмечено, что ключевой проблемой современного руководства стала необходимость применения усовершенствованных и новых методов управления в сфере образования. В статье представлена характеристика настоящего менеджера образования, который, учитывая особенности управленческой деятельности, успешно осуществляет как организаторскую, так и педагогическую деятельность. Продемонстрировано, как родители оценивают качество образовательных услуг в государственной школе, где учится их ребенок. Рассмотрен пример директора одной из украинских школ, которая уже много лет выступает за европейскую ориентацию и воплощает новые идеи и методы управления в области образования. Охарактеризована и проанализирована работа в опорном учебном заведении, приведены различные примеры по эффективной деятельности руководства школы. Также доказано, что модернизированным образовательным менеджером является тот, кто умеет совмещать свои навыки, цели в современных условиях для реализации и обеспечения качества управления.

EN: It is noted that the key problem of modern management was the need to apply improved and new methods of management in the educational sphere. The article presents the characteristics of a true education manager, who, taking into account the peculiarities of management activities, successfully carries out both organizational and pedagogical activities. The work in the Supporting Education Institution is described and analyzed, and various examples of effective management of the school are given. It is a general secondary education institution, which has a convenient location for transportation of children from other settlements, is provided with qualified pedagogical staff, has a modern material and technical and educational and methodological base and is able to provide at the proper level of obtaining specialized education. It is also noted that in the modern management environment, in the field of education, the modernization of approaches to communication with employees of the educational unit, students or students, as well as their parents is an important place. We are aiming to find out how to implement all the suggestions for improving the quality of education and the status of secondary schools. It was shown how parents evaluate the quality of educational services in a public school where their child is currently enrolled. The example of the principal of one of the Ukrainian schools is considered, which for many years stands for European orientation and embodies new ideas and methods of management in the field of education. It has also been proven that a modernized educational manager is one who is able to combine his/her skills, goals in today's context, to implement and ensure quality management. In the process of research used general and special methods of scientific research: abstract-logical – with theoretical generalizations and the formation of conclusions; observation – when collecting data on the manager's professional qualifications; static-economic – when processing a common data array; graphic – for a visual illustration of the investigated processes, phenomena and systemic method.
