Аналіз сучасного стану залучення інвестицій в Україну

Abstract

UK:У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан залучення інвестицій в економіку Україну. Дано власне визначення поняттю «інвестиції» як економічній категорії, з урахуванням підходів до визначення інвестицій в працях вітчизняних та зарубіжних учених. Окреслено основні аспекти здійснення інвестиційної діяльності за напрямом «мистецтво, спорт, розваги та відпочинок». Проаналізовано стан залучення прямих та капітальних інвестицій за регіонами України. Проведено аналіз структурних зрушень в залученні прямих та капітальних інвестицій в 2018 році в порівнянні з 2014 роком за регіонами України. Здійснено аналіз структурних зрушень в залученні капітальних інвестицій в економіку України за видами економічної діяльності. Здійснено кореляційний аналіз зв’язку прямих інвестицій та макроекономічних показників розвитку України за 2000–2018 роки.

RU: В статье проанализировано современное состояние привлечения инвестиций в экономику Украины. Дано собственное определение понятию «инвестиции» как экономической категории, с учетом подходов к определению инвестиций в трудах отечественных и зарубежных ученых. Определены основные аспекты осуществления инвестиционной деятельности по направлению «искусство, спорт, развлечения и отдых». Проанализировано состояние привлечения прямых и капитальных инвестиций в регионы Украины. Проведен анализ структурных сдвигов в привлечении прямых и капитальных инвестиций в 2018 году по сравнению с 2014 годом в регионы Украины. Осуществлен анализ структурных сдвигов в привлечении капитальных инвестиций в экономику Украины по видам экономической деятельности. Осуществлен корреляционный анализ связи прямых инвестиций и макроэкономических показателей развития Украины за 2000-2018 годы.

EN: The article analyzes the dynamics of attracting investments in the Ukrainian economy as a factor in the country's development. Examples of approaches to the definition of the concept of "investment" by domestic and foreign scientists are given. Provided its own definition of the concept of "investment" as an economic category. The article notes that investments are becoming increasingly important for the economic and social development of countries, therefore, the question arises about the need to attract investments into the economies of countries, this is especially necessary in an economic crisis. Despite the territorial and sectoral diversity of Ukraine, the question of the need to reduce the investment gap between the regions of Ukraine remains very important. That is why the article examines the structural changes in attracting direct and capital investments between the regions of Ukraine in recent years. Structural changes in attracting capital investments by types of economic activity was analyzed. The main aspects of the implementation of investment activities in the direction of "art, sports, entertainment and recreation" are given. A detailed analysis of the structure and dynamics of investment activity in Ukraine has been carried out. The volume of attracting investments in the regions of Ukraine has been determined. A study was conducted of the growth rates of the total amount of direct and capital investments and the growth rates for the corresponding types of investments in the direction of "art, sports, entertainment and recreation". The article also notes that in the period from 2013 to 2018, there were certain changes in the dynamics of attracting investments to Ukraine, which is associated with the unstable economic situation, the war in the east of the country. A correlation analysis of the relationship between direct investment and macroeconomic indicators of Ukraine's development for 2000–2018 was carried out. Certain regularities have been identified between the increase in investment and the growth of macroeconomic indicators. The factors of influence on the increase in the share of investments in social spheres, in particular, in the sphere of culture and art are determined.
