Науковий підхід до удосконалення класифікації управлінських рішень у підприємницьких структурах

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто напрями удосконалення класифікації управлінських рішень у підприємницьких структурах. Виділено екстернальні та інтернальні проблеми розвитку підприємницьких структур, доведено, що проблеми розроблення та прийняття управлінських рішень посідають центральне місце в ефективності їх функціонування. Досліджено сучасні тенденції розвитку теорії та практики розроблення й прийняття управлінських рішень, а також основні сучасні тенденції розвитку підприємництва. Запропоновано два додаткових напрями класифікації управлінських рішень. Першим додатковим напрямом класифікації є прийняття управлінських рішень залежно від етапу життєвого циклу підприємницьких структур. Другим додатковим напрямом класифікації ми виділили причину виникнення управлінського рішення. Уточнено класифікацію управлінських рішень у підприємницьких структурах.

RU: В статье рассмотрены направления совершенствования классификации управленческих решений в предпринимательских структурах. Выделены экстернальные и интернальные проблемы развития предпринимательских структур, доказано, что проблемы разработки и принятия управленческих решений занимают центральное место в эффективности их функционирования. Исследованы современные тенденции развития теории и практики разработки и принятия управленческих решений, а также основные современные тенденции развития предпринимательства. Предложено два дополнительных направления классификации управленческих решений. Первым дополнительным направлением классификации является принятие управленческих решений в зависимости от этапа жизненного цикла предпринимательских структур. Вторым дополнительным направлением классификации мы выделили причину возникновения управленческого решения. Уточнена классификация управленческих решений в предпринимательских структурах.

EN: The article considers the directions of improving the classification of management decisions in business structures. External and internal problems of development of business structures are highlighted, it is proved that the problems of development and adoption of managerial decisions occupy a central place in the effectiveness of their functioning. Current trends in the development of the theory and practice of developing and making managerial decisions, as well as the main current trends in the development of entrepreneurship, are studied. Having analyzed the current trends in the development of entrepreneurship and management decisions, we have identified the following similar aspects: in the conditions of increasing volume and complexity of information, the risk of making inefficient and irrational management decisions in business structures increases, which indicates the need to create a special mechanism for developing and making management decisions in business structures; the development of business structures and management decisions is influenced by the globalization of the world market. More and more foreign companies are entering the Ukrainian market. In this regard, the areas of development and decision-making for business structures are expanding, as well as the question of improving their efficiency is raised; modeling and computer technologies are increasingly used in entrepreneurship and management decision theory. Two additional directions of classification of management decisions are proposed. The first additional direction of classification: management decisions depending on the stage of the life cycle of business structures. The second additional direction of classification is the reason for the occurrence of a management decision. The classification of management decisions in business structures has been clarified. Based on the analysis and generalization of the scientific literature, we proposed to improve the scientific approach to the classification of management decisions in business structures. It is proved that the improvement of the process of development and decision-making in business structures can be the basis for solving their problems of external and internal orientation.
