Транспортно-логістична інфраструктура та її місце в соціально-економічній системі підприємств України

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто актуальні питання сутності транспортно-логістичної інфраструктури, визначено складові частини та елементи транспортно-логістичної інфраструктури. Досліджено, що транспортно-логістична інфра-структура є однією з важливих складових розвитку економіки країни загалом та домінантою соціально-економічної системи сучасних підприємств зокрема. Визначено та деталізовано перелік чинників та деструктивних явищ, що стримують розвиток транспортно-логістичної інфраструктури в Україні. Встановлено, що структурна диверсифі-кація національної економіки на основі інноваційного розвитку стримується низьким технічним, технологічним, інфор-маційним рівнем розвитку транспортно-логістичної інфраструктури та незадовільним станом її базових елементів. Висвітлено місце транспортно-логістичної інфраструктури в соціально-економічній системі підприємств України.

EN: The article deals with topical issues of the essence of transport and logistics infrastructure, defines components and elements of transport and logistics infrastructure. The structural elements and architecture of the formation of transport and logistics infrastructure are defined at the macroeconomic and micro levels. It is determined that transport and logistics infrastructure is one of the important components of the economic development of the country as a whole and the dominant element of the socio-economic system of modern enterprises in the conditions of the dynamic external environment. The actual state of development of transport and logistics infrastructure in Ukraine is analyzed and its place in the global transport network is determined based on the Logistics Performance Index. The list of factors and destructive phenomena hindering the development of transport and logistics infrastructure in Ukraine has been identified and detailed. It is established that structural diversification of the national economy based on the innovative development is constrained by the low technical, technological, and informational level of development of transport and logistics infrastructure and the unsatisfactory condition of its essential elements. It is established that the expansion and strengthening of Ukraine’s international positions, consolidation, and expansion of its global competi-tive advantages require a significant increase in the competitiveness of the national transport and logistics infrastructure in the international market. The place of transport and logistics infrastructure in the socio-economic system of Ukrainian enterprises is highlighted. The architecture of the internal transport and logistics infrastructure of enterprises, including production and economic, information, transport, warehouse, counterparty, financial, credit, economic, legal and environmental components are defined. It is proved that integration and coordination of interaction of individual components of the transport and logistics infrastructure of the enterprise allow organizing stable, efficient and socially oriented development of the enterprise as an eco-nomic system. Proposals for the formation of efficient transport and logistics infrastructure at the macro and microeconomic levels have been developed.
