Abstract

UK: Основоположним чинником ефективної діяльності та стійкого розвитку аграрних підприємств є система економічної безпеки, яка спрямована на профілактику та захист підприємств від зовнішніх та внутрішніх загроз. У сучасному світі функціонування підприємств надзвичайно залежить від системи фінансово-економічної безпеки, яка викликає неабияку зацікавленість на шляху реалізації нових підходів до її організації. Для того щоб аграрні підприємства мали можливість якісно функціонувати і розвивати організаційно-економічні відносини, необхідно формувати сталу економічну безпеку. Рівень економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств залежить від того, наскільки їхні власники або система менеджменту можуть уникнути можливих ризиків зовнішнього середовища та ліквідувати наслідки шкідливих проявів окремих його складників. У статті визначено сутність економічної безпеки, основи організації та функціонування системи економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств. Визначена ефективність функціонування системи економічної безпеки в аграрному секторі. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення системи економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств.

RU: Основополагающим фактором эффективной деятельности и устойчивого развития аграрных предприятий является система экономической безопасности, которая направлена на профилактику и защиту предприятий от внешних и внутренних угроз. В современном мире функционирование предприятий чрезвычайно зависит от системы финансово-экономической безопасности, которая вызывает большую заинтересованность на пути реализации новых подходов к ее организации. Для того чтобы аграрные предприятия имели возможность качественно функционировать и развивать организационно-экономические отношения, необходимо формировать устойчивую экономическую безопасность. Уровень экономической безопасности аграрных предприятий зависит от того, насколько их владельцы или система менеджмента могут предусмотреть или избежать возможных рисков внешней среды и ликвидировать последствия вредных проявлений отдельных его составляющих. В статье определена сущность экономической безопасности, основы организации и функционирования системы экономической безопасности аграрных предприятий. Определена эффективность функционирования системы экономической безопасности в аграрном секторе. Предложены пути совершенствования системы экономической безопасности аграрных предприятий.

Which in turn is designed to prevent and protect businesses from external and internal threats. In today's world, the operation of businesses is extremely dependent on the system of financial and economic security, which raises a great need and interest in implementing new approaches to its organization. In order for agrarian enterprises to be able to function properly and develop organizational and economic relations, it is necessary to create sustainable economic security. The level of economic security of agrarian enterprises is based on the extent to which their owners or management system can anticipate or avoid possible environmental risks and eliminate the consequences of the harmful manifestations of its individual components. The fundamental features of the development of agricultural production are the relationship between natural, biological, technological, organizational and social factors. This greatly exacerbates the appearance of risks that will adversely affect production, its economic efficiency, financial results and development of the agrarian sector, may lead to a decrease in the competitiveness and financial stability of agricultural producers. The effectiveness of agricultural producers depends on the quality of risk assessment, on the accuracy of planning, forecasting and avoiding situations that can lead to economic losses. The analysis of the risk situation and the prevention of threats should make it possible to choose the best decisions for the development of agricultural production. This will not only protect the activities of the business entities from negative impacts, but also generate additional profits. Formation of economic security should become one of the defining components of the system for ensuring the development of the agricultural sector. At the same time, the concept of ensuring the economic security of the development of agricultural production should be considered as a separate process in the system of an integrated approach to solving the problematic issues of their security risk and overcoming threats. This fully indicates that the process of forming the economic security of agricultural sector development is strategic. The article defines the essence of economic security, the basics of the organization and functioning of the system of economic security of agricultural enterprises. The efficiency of functioning of the economic security system in the agrarian sector has been determined. Ways to improve the system of economic security of agricultural enterprises are proposed. In today's world, the functioning of educational institutions is extremely dependent on the system of financial and economic security, which raises a great need and interest in implementing new approaches to its organization. Every educational institution, whether public or private, with its financial and economic security system, must meet the dangers and threats of achieving its goals and objectives. Security of electronic digital signatures is an important component of security. The efficiency of functioning of the economic security system in the agrarian sector has been determined. Ways to improve the system of economic security of agricultural enterprises are proposed. Accounting and analytical information is essential for ensuring the good functioning of the enterprise, because it allows to identify the weaknesses of the enterprise, anticipates the negative and dangerous factors and shows the overall picture of the enterprise. All possible resources should be channeled to store and protect the accounting and analytical information of the enterprise, as this could lead to irreparable circumstances.
