Сучасні тенденції у розрахунках з постачальниками та підрядниками

Abstract

UK: У зв’язку зі впровадженням карантинних заходів виникли значні зміни у взаємовідносинах і розрахунках з постачальниками. Наслідками сучасної фінансової кризи, пов’язаної з карантином, є розрив ланцюгів постачання, скасування замовлень на промислові товари, відмова від укладення нових угод, скасування поставок за вже укладеними договорами, що приводить до втрати доходів та ймовірного банкрутства бізнесу внаслідок припинення діяльності на невизначений період. В цих умовах необхідно діяти з огляду на стан галузі та позицій бізнесу, накопичений досвід, професіоналізм персоналу, готовність до навчання та ризику. Грамотне ведення обліку й контролю розрахунків навіть у кризових умовах дає змогу своєчасно відстежувати наявність заборгованості та будувати відносини з контрагентами без загроз фінансовій стійкості бізнесу.

RU: В связи с введением карантинных мер возникли значительные изменения во взаимоотношениях и расчетах с поставщиками. Последствиями современного финансового кризиса, связанного с карантином, являются разрыв цепей поставок, отмена заказов на промышленные товары, отказ от заключения новых соглашений, отмена поставок по уже заключенным договорам, что приводит к потере доходов и вероятному банкротству бизнеса вследствие прекращения деятельности на неопределенный период. В этих условиях необходимо действовать с учетом состояния отрасли и позиций бизнеса, накопленного опыта, профессионализма персонала, готовности к обучению и риску. Грамотное ведение учета и контроля расчетов даже в кризисных условиях позволяет своевременно отслеживать наличие задолженности и строить отношения с контрагентами без угроз финансовой устойчивости бизнеса.

EN: Due to the introduction of quarantine measures, both in Ukraine and around the world, there have been significant changes in the relationship and payments between business entities, which has affected their financial performance. In order to increase the reliability of supply when you choose a supplier you need to consider a number of conditions: price competitiveness (including storage, transportation and insurance costs); terms of payment; forms of calculations; warranty periods; repair and after-sales services; compliance of the supplier’s products with the quality standards; the possibility of purchases directly from manufacturers or wholesalers; geographical location; main activities and financial condition of supplement; production capacity and production volumes in recent years. Crisis situations are an integral attribute of modern Ukrainian economic activity. The consequences of the current financial crisis related to pandemic quarantine are the rupture of supply chains, cancellation of orders for industrial goods, refusal to conclude new agreements, cancellation of supplies under already concluded contracts, leading to loss of income and probable bankruptcy due to indefinite termination. Every company needs to act on the basis of industry conditions in the country and business positions, business experience, staff professionalism, willingness to learn and control risk. Training specialists for remote work, the introduction of electronic document management and constant communication and understanding with suppliers and buyers of manufactured products and services can provide positive influence during a pandemic. The state is implementing measures to promote the preservation of business and direct the proper standards of living, introduced a convenient and useful IT service for small and medium-sized businesses “Action. Business”. Proper accounting and control of settlements, even in such a crisis, allows you to track the availability of debt and build proper relationships with counterparties without compromising the financial stability of the business.
