Фріланс як нова форма трудових відносин в інформаційній економіці

Abstract

UK: Сучасна інформаційна економіка характеризується активним розвитком ринку фріланс-робіт. Однак, у вітчизняній та світовій літературі відсутній єдиний підхід до визначення інформаційного сектора економіки та її меж, немає єдності термінології, загальноприйнятої методики підрахунку вкладу інформаційного сектора в економіку та методів його організації та управління. У статті проведено комплексний аналіз змін у трудових відносинах. Сформовано категоріональне поле дослідження трудових відносин в інформаційній економіці, обґрунтована необхідність наукового підходу до аналізу та управлінню ринком фріланс-робіт. Розглянуті в роботі перетворення на цьому ринку включають систематизацію факторів впливу на трансформацію ринку праці з використанням інформаційно- комунікативних технологій. Проведений аналіз виконання робіт українськими фрілансерами свідчить про їх високий потенціал. Це обумовлює необхідність впровадження організаційно-правових та економічних заходів на цьому ринку праці. Проведені дослідження дають підставу для розробки методики оцінки ефективності виконуваних фріланс-робіт.

EN: The modern information economy is characterized by active development of the market freelance work. However, in the domestic and world literature there is no uniform approach to the definition of the information sector and its boundaries, there is no unity of terminology, common methodology to assess the contribution of the information sector in the economy and its methods of organization and management. The article gives a comprehensive analysis of the changes in labour relations. The category field of employment study in the information economy has been formed in the article and the need for a scientific approach for analysis and management of freelance market has been proved. The authors emphasize that transformation on this market include the systematization of factors influencing the transformation of the labor market using information and communication technologies. The analysis of the performance of works of Ukrainian freelancers testifies their high potential. Itт stipulates the need to implement organizational, legal and economic measures on this type of labor market. This investigation gives the reasons to develop the methods of evaluation the effectiveness of the work carried out by freelancers.
