Економічний потенціал та посилення лідерських позицій країни у зовнішній політиці України

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто економічний потенціал країни, основні напрями діяльності та принципи інтеграції України в європейський економічний, політичний та соціокультурний простір, що становить головне підґрунтя євроінтеграційних процесів економіки. Виділено основні цілі економічної інтеграції та регіонального лідерства, серед яких – гармонійний розвиток економічних інститутів, стабільне і збалансоване економічне взаємопроникнення, підвищення рівня життя, рівня значущості та вагомості країни у міжнародному співробітництві. Автор розглядає економічну інтеграцію України з країнами ЄС як макроекономічну співпрацю, що передбачає конкурентоспроможність, регіональне лідерство, діалог щодо макроекономічної політики. Підтверджується, що ЄС надає значну фінансову допомогу, спрямовану на відновлення економіки, через численні канали, включаючи макроекономічні позики, що доповнюють кошти МВФ, бюджетні гранти та інвестиції. Фінансовими інструментами надається підтримка здійсненню конкретних реформ, зокрема в секторі енергетики, охорони довкілля, сільського господарства, малих та середніх підприємств, системі соціального захисту та у фінансовому секторі.

EN: The article summarizes the definition of the country's economic potential, main directions of activity and principles of integration of Ukraine into the European economic, political and socio-cultural space. This is the basis of the European integration processes of the economy. The main goals of economic integration are highlighted. This is the harmonious development of economic institutions, stable and balanced economic interpenetration, raising the standard of living, the level of importance of the country in regional leadership. The author considers economic integration as a macroeconomic cooperation, which provides for a regulatory dialogue on macroeconomic policy and political leadership. The EU provides significant economic recovery assistance through macroeconomic loans complementary to IMF funding, budgetary grants and investment. That is, these financial instruments support specific reforms in the energy, environment, agriculture, small and medium-sized enterprises, the social protection system and the financial sector. Continuous attention and analysis of the processes taking place in Europe and revision of the Ukrainian position are extremely important. This is especially important in the context of a possible change in the nature of the Community in connection with the accession of new States. The article states that European integration is a strategic goal of our state, enshrined in legislation. The analysis of the positive and negative consequences makes it possible to assess Ukraine's ability to use the positive aspects of European integration. At the same time, a simultaneous elaboration of a program of actions on the integration of Ukraine is necessary, taking into account the existing threats and experiences of the countries that have recently become members of the European Union. Given the influence of integration factors on the political, economic and social spheres of the country, Ukraine's accession to the European Union remains promising, on the path to which the country has made great efforts and will be improved. And in the near future, he will become a member of the European Union.
