Особливості дифузії інновацій в умовах глобалізації інноваційних процесів

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено особливості дифузії інновацій в умовах глобалізації інноваційних процесів. Розглянуто найпо- ширеніші моделі поширення інновацій та запропоновано авторський підхід до трактування цього феномена. Обґрун- товано доцільність використання мережевого підходу до побудови дієвого механізму поширення інновацій в умовах посилення міжнародного науково-технічного співробітництва. Розкрито особливості дифузії інновацій між країнами. Встановлено, що відкритий формат інноваційних процесів відповідає сучасній концепції організації мережевої вза- ємодії між основними його учасниками. Зроблено висновок про те, що успішність дифузії інновації залежить від її технічних та вартісних властивостей; потенціалу акцептора інновації; наявності розвинутої мережі контактів між учасниками інноваційного процесу; абсорбційної здатності країни – реципієнта інновації.

EN: A qualitatively new transformation of the institutional environment of society livelihoods leads to an increase in the role of innovation in ensuring the technological independence of the country. The current stage of development of the world economy is characterized by the intensification of the processes of international exchange of scientific knowledge and technologies. In the work it is determined that many issues related to ensuring the desired speed and breadth of innovation diffusion between countries are still poorly studied. It makes appropriate to carry out further research in this sphere.The analysis of the most common models of innovation propagation allowed proposing an author’s approach to the interpretation of this phenomenon. It is established that in modern conditions of globalization and transformation of models of innovative development there is a change of forms of relations in the innovation sphere between countries. Innovative activity is gaining international scope. It is determined that middle– and lower-middle-income countries are dependent on the transfer of innovations from developed countries to solve major domestic problems. The expediency of using the network approach to construct an effective mechanism for dissemination of innovations in the conditions of globalization of scientific and technical cooperation is substantiated. Features of diffusion of innovations between the countries are revealed. It is established that the open format of innovative processes corresponds to the modern concept of organization of network interaction between its main participants, forms the favorable environment for creating and disseminating a new value. It is concluded that the success of innovation diffusion depends on such factors as technical and cost properties of innovation; potential of the acceptor of innovations; the presence of a developed network of contacts between participants of the innovation process; the absorption capacity of the recipient country of innovation. In our view, the diffusion mechanism for innovation should be based on strong market institutions, a strong scientific base, and high quality human capital.
