Оцінка ступеня стійкого економічного зростання підприємства готельно-ресторанного господарства на основі індикаторів динамічного розвитку факторів виробництва

Abstract

UK: У статті за допомогою розроблених моделей парної регресії досліджено закономірність взаємозв’язку результуючих і факторних параметрів витрат ресурсів та ефективності виробництва підприємств готельно-ресторанного господарства Дніпропетровської області, в математичній формі описано їх кількісний взаємовплив, визначено напрями динамічного розвитку в процесі взаємодії економічних показників, що розглядаються. На базі побудованих економіко- математичних моделей розраховано індикатори динамічного економічного зростання та індикатори резервного динамічного економічного розвитку, що характеризують темпи й тренди зміни рівня доходу в результаті використання виявлених резервів розвитку ресурсних потенціалів виробництва з урахуванням їх частки в сумарному обсязі витрат. За допомогою отриманих індикаторів встановлено можливості й напрями підвищення ефективності виробництва, оцінено ступінь стійкого економічного зростання підприємства готельно-ресторанного господарства на цій основі.

EN: In today’s market conditions that are dynamic, variable in order to survive, to be successful for a long time, i.e. to be economically sustainable, to achieve their goal, an enterprise must be both productive and efficient, and, of course, economic growth is directly proportional to from the level of profitability of the entity. Therefore, the solution to the problem of sustainable economic growth by establishing patterns of quantitative mutual influence of the resultant and factor parameters of costs and production efficiency, the definition of indicators of dynamic development and assessment of sustainable economic growth on their basis is relevant. The purpose of the work is to develop indicators of dynamic development and assess the degree of sustainable economic growth of the hotel and restaurant business based on them. To determine the degree of influence of factors of production on the level of profitability of the hotel and restaurant business in the dynamics of their development, models of paired correlation dependence of factor and resultant parameters are developed, which in mathematical form describe the patterns of their interaction and determine the trends of dynamic development, and are the basis for determining indicators economic growth, which is calculated on the basis of a derivative function that predicts the dynamics of the development of the studied processes, and therefore show the speed of change in the performance indicator due to the development of the influential factor of resource intensity. The obtained indicators of dynamic economic growth provided the opportunity to develop indicators of reserve dynamic economic development, which reflect the share of contribution of a certain factor in the total impact of all factors, and characterize the rate of increase of efficiency by changing the value of the relevant factor by 1% when using established reserves of development of its potential. The construction of models of the pair correlation allowed us to establish the regularity of mutual influence of the studied economic indicators of the direction and dynamics of their development in the process of interaction, and also provided the possibility of calculating the indicators of strong economic growth and reserve development, which are the basis for evaluating the extent of sustainable economic growth and the creation of a system of process management of sustainable economic development of enterprises of hotel and restaurant management.
