Сучасні аспекти управління стратегічним розвитком підприємств

Abstract

UK: На сучасному етапі господарювання проблеми стратегічного управління розвитком підприємств стають все більш складними, оскільки вони зачіпають інтереси практично всіх ланок внутрішнього і зовнішнього середовища підприємств. Темп розвитку подій часто вище швидкості реакції керуючої системи, тобто виникає проблема стратегічної гнучкості. Забезпечення стабільного ефективного функціонування підприємств потребує впровадження сучасних форм і методів стратегічного управління їх розвитком. Визначено, що в теорії стратегічного управління існують два підходи до формування стратегії. Перший розглядає стратегію як довгостроковий план, що передбачає досягнення певної довгострокової мети. Другий підхід розглядає стратегію як довгостроковий, якісно визначений напрям розвитку підприємства в його інтегральному розумінні. В статті автором пропонується ще один підхід до розуміння стратегії, що не суперечить вищевказаним, а розглядає стратегію як цільову функцію з точки зору динамізму науково-технічного прогресу

EN: At the present stage of management, the problems of strategic management of enterprise development are becoming increasingly complex, as they affect the interests of almost all parts of the internal and external environment of enterprises. The rate of development of events is often higher than the reaction speed of the control system, that is, the problem of strategic flexibility arises. Ensuring the stable effective operation of enterprises requires the introduction of modern forms and methods of strategic management of their development. It is determined that in the theory of strategic management there are two approaches to the formation of strategy. The first considers the strategy as a long-term plan, provided for achievement of a certain long-term goal. The second approach regards the strategy as a long-term, qualitatively defined direction of the enterprise development in its integral understanding. In the article the author suggests one more approach to understanding the strategy that does not contradict the above, but considers the strategy as a target function in terms of the dynamism of scientific and technological progress.
