Проблеми наднаціонального регулювання глобальної економіки

Abstract

UK: У статті розкрито особливості процесу глобалізації та виявлено її суперечливий вплив на механізми регулювання світової економіки. Показано, що участь країн у міжнародних організаціях, їх підпорядкованість міждержавним органам регулювання призводить до загострення соціально-економічних і політичних суперечностей, а також до поглиблення нерівності між країнами. Виокремлено основні проблеми наддержавного регулювання у глобальному просторі, які породжуються посиленням ролі транснаціонального капіталу. Проаналізовано аргументи на користь створення наднаціонального регулюючого органу, який би базувався на власних механізмах впливу на різні сфери функціонування національної економіки. Наголошено на існуванні тісного взаємозв’язку національного, міжнаціонального та наднаціонального рівнів регулювання, з чого зроблено висновок про необхідність посилення ролі національної держави в глобальному механізмі координації.

EN: The article reveals the peculiarities of the globalization process and reveals its contradictory influence on the mechanisms of regulation of the world economy. It is shown that participation of countries in international organizations, their subordination to intergovernmental authorities leads to aggravation of socio-economic and political contradictions, as well as to deepening of inequalities between countries. The main problems of the supranational regulation in the global space that are generated by the strengthening of the role of transnational capital are singled out. The arguments for the creation of a supranational regulatory authority on the basis of its own mechanisms of influence on different spheres of functioning of the national economy are analyzed. The existence of a close relationship between national, interethnic and supranational levels of regulation is emphasized. It is concluded that there is a need to strengthen the role of the national state in the global coordination mechanism.
