Теоретичні та методо-логічні аспекти оцінки міжнародної спеціалізації країн

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто поняття та особливості розвитку міжнародної спеціалізації та кооперації. Зроблено історичний аналіз основних теорій та напрямів дослідження міжнародної спеціалізації. У статті описані основні методи оцінки міжнародної спеціалізації для окремої країни на певному товарі або послузі, за допомогою якої країна може стати конкурентоспроможною на світовій арені. В роботі розглянуто основну класифікацію міжнародної спеціалізації, її поділ на міжгалузеву та внутрішньогалузеву, а також складена схема, яка відображає структуру міжнародної спеціалізації за типом виробництва. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз основних індексів та коефіцієнтів, за допомогою яких можливо робити висновки щодо спеціалізації країни на певній галузі, виробництві окремого товару чи послуги. Складена зведена таблиця проаналізованих коефіцієнтів та індексів. Виявлена основна проблема показників міжнародної спеціалізації.

EN: The concepts and characteristic of the development of international specialization and cooperation have been discussed in the article. The historical analysis of main theories and directions of the investigation of international specialization has been made. The authors described the main methods of assessing the international specialization for a particular country in a particular product or service, through which the country can become competitive on the world stage. The main classification of international specialization, its division into inter-industry and intra-industry has been identified, to addition to this, scheme that reflects the structure of international specialization by type of production has been composed. The comparative analysis of the main indexes and coefficients, which makes it possible to draw conclusions about the country's specialization in a particular industry, the production of a particular product or service, has been made. A consolidated table of the analyzed coefficients and indices has been made. The main problem of indicators of international specialization has been revealed.
