Проблеми фінансового забезпечення інноваційної діяльності підприємств

Abstract

UK: У статті проаналізовані фактори, що стримують розвиток інноваційної діяльності у промисловості України та запропоновані заходи щодо стимулювання інноваційної та науково-технічної діяльності. Виявлено характерні тенденції інноваційної діяльності в промисловості України. Встановлено основні причини і наслідки низької інноваційної активності підприємств. Досліджено основні джерела фінансування інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності підприємств реального сектору економіки, проаналізовано можливості їх розширення та ефективного використання. Виявлено значний потенціал залучення додаткових фінансових ресурсів, який на сьогодні залишається незадіяним, та обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо його використання. Запропоновано заходи щодо стимулювання інноваційної та науково-технічної діяльності. Подано пропозиції щодо напрямків реалізації державної інноваційної політики, серед яких залучення інвестицій для фінансування інноваційної діяльності підприємств за допомогою механізму фінансового ринку.

EN: In the article the factors hampering the realization of the innovative activity in Ukraine’s industry have been analyzed, and the measures for stimulation of the innovative and scientific-technical activities have been proposed. The characteristic tendencies of the innovative activity in Ukraine's industry have been revealed. The main reasons and conseguences of a low innovative activity of enterprises have been established. The main sources of financing of the investment-innovative activity of enterprises in economy`s real sector have been studied and the possibilities of their extension and the efficient use have been analyzed. A significant potential, which is not applied at the present time, for attracting additional financial resources have been revealed, and some proposals as for its use have been substantiated. The measures for stimulation of the innovative and scientific-technical activities have been proposed. Some propositions on the directions of realization of state innovative policy, which include the attraction of investments for financing of the innovative activity of enterprises with the help of mechanism of the share market, have been presented.
