Особливості розвитку телекомунікаційних послуг в постіндустріальній економіці

Abstract

UK: В статті досліджується сучасний стан світового ринку телекомунікаційних послуг, особлива увага приділяється його поліструктуризації, появі латеральних продуктів та послуг, а також технологічним та соціальним чинникам їх виникнення та розповсюдження. Автор відстоює думку, що телекомунікації можуть підвищити ефективність економічної, комерційної та адміністративної діяльності, підвищити ефективність соціальних та адміністративних служб в суспільстві, сприяти більш інклюзивному соціальному, культурному, екологоузгодженому процесу розвитку в першу чергу в країнах, що розвиваються та трансформаційних суспільствах. Визначено особливості попиту та пропозиції на телекомунікаційні послуги в різних частинах світу та найбільш динамічні напрями розвитку даного сектору, виділено перспективні тенденції розвитку телекомунікаційних корпорацій. Констатується безальтернативна необхідність дерегуляції та демонополізації національних ринків телекомунікаційних послуг, про що красномовно свідчить країн-лідерів таких, як США, Японія, Китай та Німеччина.

EN: The article investigates the current state of the world market of telecommunication services, special attention is paid to its polystyrisation, the appearance of lateral products and services, as well as the technological and social factors of their emergence and distribution. The author advocates the idea that telecommunications can improve the efficiency of economic, commercial and administrative activities, improve the efficiency of transport and administrative services in society, promote a more inclusive social, cultural, environmentally harmonious development process, primarily in developing and transformational societies. The peculiarities of demand and supply for telecommunication services in different parts of the world and the most dynamic trends in the development of this sector are determined, perspective trends of telecommunication corporations development are designeded. It is proved, that there is no alternative to deregulation and the demonopolization of national telecommunications services markets as it is eloquently testified by leading countries such as the United States, Japan, China and Germany.
