Інституціональні особливості функціонування страхових брокерів на ринках страхових послуг

Abstract

UK: У статті аналізується підхід до поняття страховий посередник в Україні та в окремих розвинених країнах. Відзначено, що страхових посередників можна зарахувати до виробників послуг, адже вони за рахунок використання і поєднання чинників виробництва, формують власні послуги в процесі поєднання інтересів страхувальників і страховиків. Метою дослідження є виокремлення специфіки діяльності та значення страхових брокерів як основи страхового посередництва та з’ясування особливостей процесу інституціонального формування страхових посередників на ринку страхових послуг України. В процесі аналізу впливу страхового посередника на структуру страхового платежу з’ясовано, що його ефективна діяльність, не лише дозволяє оплачувати його послуги із частки страхового платежу планованого на аквізицію страхової послуги, але і допускає збільшення розміру винагороди за умови професійного сприяння андерайтингу. Ефективність залучення страхового брокера в формування страхової послуги обґрунтовує функціональний аспект взаємозалежності при наданні страхової послуги, який демонструє дуалізм та необхідність повної взаємодії у більшості аспектів реалізації страхової послуги та взаємозалежність страховика і страхувальника. На основі аналізу страхових брокерів на інституційному рівні відзначено, що брокерська діяльність в Україні, хоч і мала б бути ефективною та стабільною наразі є доволі нерозвиненою та ризиковою діяльністю.

EN: An approach to the concept of an insurance intermediary in Ukraine and in some developed countries has been analyzed in the article. It has been found out that insurance intermediaries can be attributed to the producers of services because they form their own services in the process of combining the interests of policyholders and insurers due to use and combining the producing inputs. Distinguishing the specifics of the insurance brokers’ activity and their importance as the basis of insurance mediation as well as clarifying the peculiarities of the process of institutional formation of insurance intermediaries in the insurance services market of Ukraine comprise the main objectives of the article. In the process of analyzing the influence of an insurance intermediary on the structure of the insurance payment it has been found out that its effective activity not only allows to pay his services for the share of insurance payment, that has been planned for th insurance service’s activation, but also permits an increase in remuneration under the condition of professional assistance underwriting. The effectiveness of an insurance broker in the formation of insurance services justifies the functional aspect of interdependence in the provision of insurance services. This aspect represents dualism and the need for full co-operation in most aspects of the implementation of insurance services and the interdependence. Based on the analysis of insurance brokers at the institutional level it has been noted that the brokerage business in Ukraine is still quite undeveloped and risky activities though it should be effective and stable.
