Стратегічні напрямки активізації розвитку регіональних ринків освітніх послуг в України

Abstract

UK: Розвиток регіональних ринків освітніх послуг як пріоритетний напрям регіональної політики сприяє підвищенню соціально-економічного рівня розвитку регіонів та відновленню економічного зростання в Україні. Окрім того, вивчення процесів активізації розвитку регіональних ринків освітніх послуг є надзвичайно актуальним в умовах реалізації Угоди про Асоціацію між Україною та ЄС. У зв’язку з цим розробка стратегії розвитку ринків освітніх послуг в регіональному і міжрегіональному масштабах має науково-практичне значення. Метою статті визначено науково-практичне обґрунтування розробки та реалізації стратегічних напрямків активізації розвитку регіональних ринків освітніх послуг в Україні в умовах поглиблення процесів європейської інтеграції. На основі вивчення досвіду країн Європейського Союзу визначені стратегічні напрямки активізації розвитку регіональних ринків освітніх послуг в Україні, що має значення в контексті виходу в Європейський освітній простір. Розглянуто питання стимулювання залучення приватних джерел в процеси інвестування вищої освіти. Виділено рівні розвитку регіональних ринків освітніх послуг та методи управління їх розвитком.

EN: The development of regional markets of educational services as a priority direction of regional policy promotes the improvement of the social and economic level of regional development and the restoration of economic growth in Ukraine. In addition, the studying of the processes of activation of regional markets of educational services is extremely relevant in the context of the implementation of The Ukraine – European Union Association Agreement. In this regard, the development of a strategy for the development of markets of educational services at the regional and interregional scale has a scientific and practical significance. The purpose of the article is to determine the scientific and practical rationale for the development and implementation of strategic directions for the activation of the development of regional markets of educational services in Ukraine in conditions of deepening of the European integration processes. On the basis of the European Union countries experience, strategic directions of activation of regional markets of educational services in Ukraine are important in the context of entering the European educational space and they have been defined in the article. The private investments in the process of investing the higher education have been considered. The levels of management of the development of regional markets of educational services and methods for managing have been highlighted.
