Тенденції управління ланцюгами постачань в умовах глобалізації

Abstract

UK: У статті розглядаються питання трансформації системи управління ланцюгами постачання продукції в Україні та світі. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та прикладні засади формування та розвитку системи управління ланцюгами постачань в умовах глобалізації. Розглянуто тенденції зміни ланцюгів постачання, вплив основних факторів зовнішнього середовища на логістичні мережі фірм. Проаналізовано основи теоретичного о обґрунтування міжорганізаційного та міжфункціонального підходів до логістичного управління. Особливу увагу приділено дифузійним індексам, РМІ або TANKAN, і запропоноване їх вивчення в результаті реалізації навчальних проектів. У роботі наведено приклад розрахунку дифузійного індексу для організацій, що надають поліграфічні послуги. Результати роботи полягають у визначенні тенденції переходу організацій до мережевих структур управління, в яких логістична фірма виконує роль координатора між окремими фірмами-субпідрядниками.

EN: The paper dealt with challenges of transformation the supply chain management in Ukraine and abroad. The main trends are considered, including transformations of international firms’ structure and increasing significance of information technologies in business interactions as well as some other factors of external environment. The subject of our study is theoretical and applied principles of designing and evolution of supply chain management under circumstances of globalization. The theoretical background of interorganizational and interfunctional approaches to international logistics has been analyzed. Attention is paid to so-called “diffusional indices”, including PMI and TANKAN. It has been proposed to study PMI in a learning process – as a part of students’ study projects. The example of calculation of PMI index for small publishing companies from the city of Dnipro is given in the article. Results of our work are to define the tendency of organizations’ transformation into so called “network structures”, when a logistic firm acts as a coordinator of subcontracted firms.
