Економічне співробітництво як чинник стимулювання розвитку національної економіки

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто європейський вектор економічного співробітництва України. Визначено його вплив на розвиток національної економіки через можливість пришвидшення модернізаційних зрушень в економіці на засадах подальшого розвитку конкурентних переваг і використання потенціалу ЄС для прискорення економічного зростання. Здійснено аналіз основних напрямів двосторонньої співпраці у сфері промислового розвитку, таких як управління структурними змінами, сприяння модернізації та реструктуризації окремих галузей промисловості; удосконалення інноваційної політики, сприяння кластерному розвитку та поліпшенню доступу до фінансових ресурсів; сприяння розширенню підприємницьких контактів, стимулювання експорту. За результатами досліджень запропоновано шляхи активізації розвитку взаємовигідних прогресивних форм співробітництва України з ЄС у сфері промислового розвитку в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів.

RU: В статье рассмотрен европейский вектор экономического сотрудничества Украины. Определено его влияние на развитие национальной экономики через возможность ускорения модернизационных сдвигов в экономике на основе дальнейшего развития конкурентных преимуществ и использования потенциала ЕС для ускорения экономического роста. Осуществлен анализ основных направлений двустороннего сотрудничества в сфере промышленного развития, таких как управление структурными изменениями, содействие модернизации и реструктуризации отдельных отраслей промышленности; совершенствование инновационной политики, содействие кластерному развитию и улучшению доступа к финансовым ресурсам; содействие расширению предпринимательских контактов, стимулирование экспорта. По результатам исследований предложены пути активизации развития взаимовыгодных прогрессивных форм сотрудничества Украины с ЕС в сфере промышленного развития в контексте евроинтеграционных процессов.

EN: The article the European vector of economic cooperation of Ukraine is considered. The relevance of his research is substantiated due to the possibility of accelerating modernization shifts in the national economy based on the further development of competitive advantages and using the EU’s potential to accelerate economic growth. It is determined that the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU plays a leading role in strengthening the European integration course of the state. The main directions of bilateral cooperation in the field of industrial development are summarized: management of structural changes, promoting the modernization and restructuring of certain industries; improving innovation policy through the exchange of information and best practices on the commercialization of research and development work, promoting the development cluster and improving access to financial resources; assistance in expanding contacts between private enterprises, between these enterprises and the authorities of Ukraine and the EU, as well as stimulating exports. The analysis of the practical steps of Ukraine to deepen economic cooperation and further cooperation with the EU is carried out: implementation of the European concept of smart specialization of regions, taking into account the specific potential of their economic development and competitive advantages; use of the circular economy model in the field of energy saving, environmentally friendly production, utilization and reuse of waste; implementation of the concept of digital economy development and promotion of digitalization of domestic industries; active cluster development; establishment of industrial dialogue between Ukraine and the EU, which is aimed at the participation of domestic enterprises in European value chains, industrial outsourcing, attracting Ukraine to European projects and programs, exchange of the latest technologies. According to the results of studies, ways of enhancing the development of mutually beneficial progressive forms of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the field of industrial development in the context of European integration processes are proposed.
