Організаційне забезпечення економічної безпеки бізнес-процесів підприємства торгівлі

Abstract

UK: Автором статті виокремлено складники організаційного забезпечення економічної безпеки бізнес-процесів підприємства. На основі аналізу наукових праць учених-економістів систематизовано фактори, від яких залежить організаційна структура, якісний та кількісний склад служби економічної безпеки. Авторська позиція полягає у розгляді організаційної структури з погляду процесного підходу, що забезпечує адекватне здійснення управлінських впливів на відповідні бізнес-процеси за рахунок розподілу повноважень, відповідальності і наявних ресурсів згідно з цілями підприємства. З урахуванням наукових праць авторів та власних досліджень визначені принципи, на яких повинна базуватися організаційна структура підприємства. Запропонована концептуальна схема формування організаційної структури підприємства. Запропонований розподіл функцій щодо забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства торгівлі серед уже існуючих підрозділів. Автором побудовано модель взаємодії суб’єктів економічної безпеки бізнес-процесів підприємства торгівлі.

EN: Trade enterprises operate in a complex internal and external environment, where the study of the process of ensuring their economic security is becoming increasingly relevant. Organizational support is to define the organizational structures of existence as the system of economic security of enterprise and the organizational forms in which to manifest the activity of the subjects of security, as well as in the organization of the optimal security given characteristics of the activities of its entities in the structure of the General management. The purpose of the article is to study the structural and organizational aspects of ensuring economic security of business processes of a trade enterprise and develop recommendations for their implementation. The author of the article highlights the components of organizational support of economic security of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of scientific works of scientists-economists, the factors that affect the organizational structure, qualitative and quantitative composition of the economic security service are systematized. The author's position is to consider the organizational structure from the point of view of the process approach. From these positions, the organizational structure is one of the components of economic security, which ensures adequate implementation of management actions on the owners of business processes by allocating authority, responsibility and available resources according to the goals of the enterprise. Taking into account the scientific achievements of the authors and their own research, the principles on which the organizational structure of the enterprise should be based are defined. A conceptual scheme for forming the organizational structure of the enterprise is proposed. The proposed distribution of functions to ensure the economic security of the trade enterprise among existing divisions. The author constructed a model of interaction of subjects of economic security of business processes of a trade enterprise. Theoretical approaches to organizational support of economic security of business processes of the enterprise have been formed that will allow performing well-coordinated joint actions of all subjects of the economic security system.
