Методичні підходи до оцінки інтелектуального потенціалу як важливий чинник його ефективного використання в національній економіці

Abstract

UK: Розглянуто оцінку інтелектуального потенціалу суб’єктів господарювання як важливий чинник підвищення ефективності інтелектуального потенціалу національної економіки, що має велике значення в умовах кардинальних змін на сучасному етапі розвитку інформаційного, цифрового, суспільства інтелектуальної економіки. Визначено, що конкурентоздатність та розвиток економічної системи України значною мірою залежить від формування, ефективного використання та управління інтелектуальним потенціалом на основі його ґрунтовної, якісної оцінки. Представлено інтелектуальний потенціал суб’єкта господарювання як окрему систему, де основними елементами є складники, що корелюються зі складниками інтелектуального капіталу, такими як людський капітал (людський потенціал), структурний капітал (потенціал структурного капіталу) та споживчий, або клієнтський, капітал (потенціал зв’язків із зовнішнім середовищем). Досліджено методичні підходи до оцінювання інтелектуального потенціалу, розроблено класифікацію основних сутнісних ознак принципів оцінки ІП, що є важливими для подальшого розроблення механізмів підвищення його ефективності.

EN: The assessment of the intellectual potential of economic entities is considered as an important factor in increasing the efficiency of the intellectual potential of the national economy, which is important in the context of radical changes at the present stage of development of information, digital, intellectual economy. It has been determined that the competitiveness and development of the economic system of Ukraine largely depends on the formation, effective use and management of intellectual potential on the basis of its thorough, qualitative assessment. The intellectual potential of an economic entity has been presented as a separate system, where the main elements are components that correlate with the elements of intellectual capital such as: human capital (human potential), structural capital (structural capital potential) and consumer or client capital (potential of connections with the external environment) on the basis of research of intellectual potential and consideration of methodological approaches to its evaluation. Methodical approaches to the assessment of intellectual potential have been studied, the classification of the main essential features of the principles of intellectual potential assessment has been developed, which are important for further development of mechanisms to increase its efficiency. It has been concluded that the classification of the basic principles of intellectual potential evaluation reflects the potential of all components of the intellectual potential system and is the basis for a comprehensive, thorough analysis, for the practical implementation of methods of objective assessment of the intellectual potential of the enterprise.
