Аналіз діяльності ТНК в нафтогазовій галузі України

Abstract

UK: Глобалізаційні процеси останніх десятиліть пов'язані із діяльністю транснаціональних корпорацій (ТНК), які об’єктивно виступають потужною силою розвитку світового господарства, а їх діяльність все більш поширюється далеко за межі країн базування материнських компаній-гігантів. Автори наголошують, що саме ТНК персоніфікують собою транснаціональний бізнес, вплив якого на науково-технологічний і соціально-економічний розвиток приймаючих країн істотно зростає. В статті доводиться, що глобальні процеси в межах світового ринку зачіпають різні галузі, де домінують транснаціональні корпорації. Оскільки нафтогазова промисловість – базова складова енергетичного сектору світової економіки, автори досліджують взаємини держави із ТНК у нафтогазовій промисловості для України. Доведено, що інтегруючись до світового співтовариства, нашій державі потрібно зайняти певну позицію та виробити механізм взаємодії. У статті досліджується вплив ТНК на нафтогазову індустрію України, визначаються перспективи подальшого розвитку галузі в умовах транснаціоналізації та виділяються основи функціонування механізму ефективноївзаємодії на рівні держава-ТНК.

EN: The globalization processes of recent decades are connected with the activities of transnational corporations (TNCs), which objectively serve as a powerful force for the development of the world economy, and their activities have been increasingly spreading far beyond the home countries of the parent companies of the giants. The authors emphasize that it is TNCs that embody transnational business, whose influence on the scientific, technological and socio-economic development of host countries has been growing substantially. It has been proved that global processes within the world market affect various industries in which transnational corporations have dominated. Since the oil and gas industries are the basic components of the energy sector of the world economy, the authors have investigated the relations between state and TNCs, for Ukraine in particular. It has been proved that the integration into the world community, our state needs to take a certain position and develop a mechanism for interaction. The article has examines the influence of TNCs on the oil and gas industry in Ukraine. The prospects for further development of the industry in the context of transnationalization have been determined. The basis for the functioning of the mechanism of effective interaction in frame “state-TNC” has been identified.
