Вплив детермінантів на ділову стратегію розвитку підприємства в умовах посилення глобалізаційних процесів

Abstract

UK: У статті визначено детермінанти, які активно впливають на формування ділової стратегії розвитку підприємства. Установлено, що ринкове середовище висуває жорсткі вимоги до підвищення ефективності наявних ресурсів підприємства. Доведено, що відсутність стратегічних орієнтирів є однією з основних загроз, які можуть ускладнити розвиток підприємства. Висвітлено роль ділової стратегії розвитку підприємства, її переваги та можливість поліпшення. Основу категорії «ресурсний потенціал» становлять складники ресурсів підприємства як відкритої системи. Розглянуто зміст поняття «ресурси підприємства» з урахуванням цілей стратегічного управління сучасним підприємством: зниження руйнівного впливу чинників зовнішнього середовища та забезпечення довготривалого процесу життєдіяльності підприємства.

EN: At the present stage, competitiveness of the enterprise is provided mainly through build-up of available resources. Market imposes strict requirements regarding enhancement of efficiency of available resources and areas of development and consolidation of resources. The basis of the concept «resource potential» lies in a general category of resources. It has been determined that in modern economic literature there is still no consensus on the definition of «enterprise resource» and its composition. It has been shown that outsourcing could be considered a new type of enterprise resource as a tool that is directly or indirectly involved in the production process. Strategic planning is an important aspect of the performance of each company, as it determines its future position among competitors. Considering the significant number of definitions of development strategy, we can draw the following conclusions: each development strategy has specific targets; development strategy should be considered as a way to achieve goals; development strategy includes a set of interconnected solutions and tasks for the future; development strategy is implemented at the enterprise in order to improve performance and obtain the desired result. Thus, the business development strategy should be perceived as a postulate of solving common problems to meet the needs and harmonize all factors of the enterprise environment. The essence of the enterprise development strategy is specified. Modern economic conditions are dynamic and uncertain. One of the main factors that can improve position of enterprise at the market is a properly grounded development strategy. Such a strategy should be based on intensive development. The article is devoted to the components of business strategy of enterprise development. It is proved that business strategy of enterprise development on the strategic targets of enterprise development, business activity, strategic adaptation of enterprise development. These contradictions are the driving force of the system development, which is characterized by irreversible, directed, natural changes.
